Clara started to study Nursing 3 years ago at Cegep St-Jérôme. Three years ago she started to work as a PAB to get a foot in the door. She has been an intern for many semesters doing internship for three years. She started as a PAB to learn the ropes. She got OJT for 3 years. She did overtime to pay her scholarship. She is now a nurse because she has completed her program and have successfully complete the OIIQ exam. She got straight A's in all of her courses in College. She was a trainee and now she is a nurse. She now has a compensation package for her job as a nurse. She will get a good wage to do a worthwhile job, and she will get a pension at the end of her career. Three hospitals offer her a job.
