Studying in college.

I am in college. I have to choose between two different attitudes for studying.

Choice 1 : Take it easy.

Choice 2 : Surpass Myself.

Take it easy.

I like it when people get straight A's, and they put aside all of the most important things in life. For example, going out to the movies or to drink, playing soccer or even smoking. Personally, I try to avoid studying hard and I put more of my time on these things. I understand if anyone says that my time management isn't normal but it doesn't change the fact that I always pull off basic grades. Therefore, I am really thinking about what I'm going to do next.

Choice 1 : Quit school.

Choice 2 : Stay but aim for low grades.

Surpass Myself.

I agree that sometimes I lack of motivation for studying hard but I'm not letting it stop me. I am now handling carefully my time management and I changed my attitude. I plan, in my agenda, all the work that I have to get done for every session. I ask questions every time I doubt something and I pull off straight A’s. I don't care how hard it is or how much I am tented to text some girls on my phone. I keep myself distracted the right way. I am aiming for the highest cote R that I can get.

Choice 1 : Put most of my time in studies.

Choice 2 : Lose myself over school.

Quit school.

I can't anymore of school. I am done attempting to class and understanding nothing. I don't like doing homework either and I find it all boring and useless for me. I quit school.

Choice 1 : Become a drug dealer.

Choice 2 : Work at L'équipeur.

Stay but aim for low grades.

I am now studying in college and I'm not putting in any effort. I let things flow by themselves, and when I fail a course, I don't mind, I re do it.

Choice 1 : Work as an accounting technician.

Choice 2 : Work with my dad.

Become a drug dealer.

I do drugs now and I like doing it because it's an easy way of making money for me. It helps to pay the bills for my family and me. I hope I won't get caught by the cops one day. I'm living with that fear in my head every second of every day.

Work at L'équipeur.

Since I started working, I have had a trainee and some wages. I really like my job because I help clients get what they want to buy in the shop. The drawback of working at L'Équipeur is that I'm paid minimum wage. Therefore, I am paid $12,50 per hour. The ins-and-outs at my work is to keep standing for 8 hours and keep reaching for the clients. The more I sell products such as boots, the more the company makes money, and the more likely they are to keep me. Of course, there are some breaks and there's always a lunch, so I have time to relax.

Work as an accounting technician.

I directly got a job after college as an accounting technician. I am paid $16 per hour starting my first year. Afterwards, I'm going to work hard my whole life hoping to have a higher salary despite the fact that I don't have a university diploma.

Work with my dad.

I dropped out of college and now I'm working in my dad's company. I have a comfortable position, and I am paid $25 per hour. I didn't have to continue school to have this amazing job. Also, I feel happy everyday going to work helping my dad and his company.

Put most of my time in studies.

I got accepted in college few months ago, I am disciplined every day of school. I maximize my time for school and minimize it for other things in my life. I value the opportunity of school by making it for now my priority.

Choice 1 : Apply in Finance.

Spend all of my time studying.

I got accepted a few months ago in my program. Now, all I'm doing is go to school, come back home and study. I have no friends, no girlfriend and no hobby except doing my homework. I'm studying really hard because I want to get in medicine or in pharmacology.

Choice 1 : Apply in Pharmacology.

Choice 2 : Apply in medicine.

Apply in Finance.

Fortunately, I got accepted in finance in UQAM few months ago. I'm studying online and I have good grades. At the same time, I have a stage at Desjardins Bank. They are offering me to work at their company when I finish my studies. I hesitate because I wanted to get an MBA after I finish my BA in finance.

Choice 1 : Work at Desjardins.

Choice 2 : Get an MBA.

Buy a lottery ticket.

I'm so happy! I just won the lotto of $10M! That's a big amount of money. Therefore, I'm thinking about what I should do with that money.

Choice 1 : Give it to charity.

Choice 2 : I split it with my whole family.

Apply in Pharmacology.

I am proud that I got accepted in pharmacology in McGill and that I have finished my BA! That was my dream! Now, with the salary that I have, I would like to invest my money. I want to invest either in stocks or in real estate because I prefer to invest in one thing and keep all of my concentration in the same type of investment.

Choice 1 : Invest in Stocks.

Choice 2 : Invest in Real Estate.

Apply in medicine.

I am really proud of all the efforts that I have put in college. Because of that, I became smarter. Unfortunately, I didn't pass the interview to go to the medicine program in McGill.

Here, at Desjardins, my starting salary is $20 per hour. I work in the department of finance, and I am really well-respected by the others. Despite the fact that there's some stress at work, I try to adapt myself slowly day by day. My goal is to climb the ranks and become a director. I am willing to work overtime to get a better wage. I am persistent and determined.

Get an MBA.

Now that I got my BA in finance, I am completing my MBA at HEC Montreal. I am so happy because this university gives me many opportunities to work in big companies and I got one. Apple called me yesterday, and surprisingly they want me to work with them as a Sales Director!

I just won $10M by participating in the lotto. I gave all of it to a charity. I wanted to put the world in a better place and I think this decision helped a lot of people. This will help handicapped people and people with needs of all kind. I feel happy and useful by helping others. If everyone did the same, this world would be much better.

I split it with my whole family.

Just to be fair with everyone I split my winning equally to my family. I gave $2.5M for my sister, my father and my mother because these people are the most important thing in my life and I believe they deserve more than that. In the end, family is everything.

Invest in Stocks.

I buy shares of a company at low prices and I wait until it gets up, so I can make good profit. For that I created a portfolio of investment and I even asked a professional for help and for more information about the world of stocks. Also, I stayed patient after investing in something because the biggest returns are most frequently long-term investments. I continue to invest regularly, so I have more chances of making money despite the risk of investing, and by that way it's also good having a diverse portfolio, so I don't lose all my money on one stock. After 5 years of investing, my stock portfolio is worth more than a million dollars!

Invest in Real Estate.

By investing in the real estate, I am diversifying my investment portfolio, and I am now creating a new source of income for myself, so I can earn more money. For example, I bought a duplex by using an online real estate investing platform for a better experience. I also bought a house that needed renovation, I renovated it and then I sold it for a higher price. When I have an empty room at my place, I rent it on Airbnb by setting a cost for each night. I did buy real estate investment trusts, that way I was kind of investing in companies that owned the buildings, but they paid me big dividends, so I was just not owning the physical part of the real estate here. As of today, I am making $1.2 million every month without the income from my work as a pharmacist!
