:I just finished my years of study at Montmorency College. Now, my time to enter the big leagues of education has come. Since I was a kid, I've been playing football and basket and manage to still continue to play at Montmorency College during my years of studying in business management. Here's the big dilemma, I received an offer and a full scholarship to either play football or basket at Laval University. On the other side, I could continue in the business range and go Montreal University.

Choice 1 : Laval University.

Choice 2 : Montreal University.

Laval University.

Sports have always been a big part of my life, so the fact that I can do what I love while study is sensational for me. Now I need to choose between the football or basketball team I'm going to join, which is a difficult choice for me, but my scholarship clearly specified that it's for only one sport, which is okay for me because I still want to have time for myself and my study.

Choice 1 : Football team.

Choice 2 : Basketball team.

Montreal University.

Sports is fun and all but I think it's time for me to grow up and pursue a real career. I went in business management in cegep and it was kind of interesting and fun, but I've also contemplated the fact that I could become a teacher, it seems fun, there're some activities and you pass knowledge to the future of world.Now which one do I see myself doing in the future?

Football team.

This season couldn't be better, we finished the season with a perfect run, zero losses. After that season, a lot of people became interested in me, a lot of coaches from universities in the United States and received some offers to play there. But I'm a little bit skeptical about the fact of leaving my family behind without my help at home. On the other hand, playing in the NCAA could boost my chance to play in the NFL and to help my family even more financially.

Basketball team.

I've always found myself in the top 3 player of every teams that I have been a part of, so I wasn't stressed out by the idea of joining this team, also I get along with anybody so it wasn't big deals for me, fast-forward to now, we just finished our second season and got diagnosed with a bone disease in my left shin and if my coaches knew that they would bench me for the entire next season. Now I'm in the safe because I went to my family's doctor instead of the team doctor out of fear and wondering if I should tell the coaching staff or keep it a secret, so I'll still be able to play basketball.

Alright, on the 5 offers that I received, only 2 got my attention. There's Ohio States University or the University of Oklahoma, two big and famous College for football. I also heard that Ohio States is big party school, so that can be fun...

Stay in Quebec, close to the family.

Although you stayed in good will to help your family, you never really got the chance to prove who you were as a football player. Therefore, your career as a football player ended because nobody drafted you.

I'm entering my first year with the team and let me tell you, the story were real, it's a football university but also a big party school. It's only been one week since I've arrived and I keep telling myself that this is gonna be a problem because it will be a huge distraction. I'm still young so of course I like to turn up and have fun with alcohol, so I'm faced with a pretty tough decision here. Either take football 100% seriously or accept the fact to let myself loose from time to time and go to some party with my teammates.

This program was amazing, everything is there to help you succeed in your discipline. In 3 years there, we only lose a total of 3 games, which is pretty amazing, but I know we could've gone 3 years without a loss. This journey has been amazing, I declared for the NFL Draft after those three years and got drafted in second round by the Indianapolis Colts. Now the fun officially begins!

Like my mom used to say "Hard work pays off", we had a perfect run, zero loses in four years of college. I managed my way to win the Heisman Trophy. After this incredible adventure I got drafted First overall pick by the New York Giants, where there was a vacant position for a QB and I became a starter right away!

Enjoy my time in college while playing football.

I never have that much fun in my life, we go to party left and right, just enjoying life while we're still young! But in the team I realize I wasn't at the top of my shape, so I talked with some of the guys and one of my teammates told me he had something to help me with my shape and performance. He then proceeds to hand me a bag of syringes which contains steroid. Maybe it's a good idea because some of my coaches are starting to criticize my abilities and shape. Should I risk it?

My performance and shape completely changes and began to feel like a legend at my game, I'm talking perfect passes, more speed, more muscle, everything is 10 times better. But one day after a game they took some test and I got caught, which lead the organization to kicked me out of the program because of the bad image that they got and also that I signed a contract which stipulates that they have the right to kick me off the team if really affected the image of the organization, and it did, big time. I've lost my scholarship and had to came back in Canada.

Not taking it was the best thing I have ever done, it made me realize that if I want something, I got to work for it. So, I stopped drinking during the season and hit the gym twice as more. I convinced some of my teammates to do overtime after practice to refine our techniques and shape. We then proceed to continue our season but healthier.

It was the best decision for me and my team, I also realize I'm not wiling to put my leg at risk for the rest of my life, so I'm happy with the fact that I told them. I will be sitting out my third season to back for my fourth hopefully better than ever!

I broke my shin badly, my shin which was one bone has now become 2 bones this and others aggravation that I caused because I played on it for more than half a season cause some serious problem and have a small chance of having the same leg/athleticism than before. The doctor also told me that unfortunately' it would be in my best interest to stop playing high velocity sport, like basketball. Now I could listen to the doctor and completely stop or could go Croatia play there, because my health resume won't transfer up there.

It's been one year and 4 months since my injury, rehabilitation has been very good and now I'm at the top of my shape. Yesterday was my second game with the Croatian's team, I had an excellent game 47 points, but on my way to the locker room, two policemen were standing by the door waiting to talk to me. They informed me that they did a background check and I had committed medical fraud, then they arrested me right away. Once at the precinct, they told me I could either get to the next flight to Montreal or I can stay here, in Croatia but I need to pay a $7000 fine.

Yes of course I'm terribly sad but it made me realize that there's other doors that I can open and still be happy with the choices that I took.

I had to ask some friend to lend me money, but at the end of the day, I've learned from my mistake and I'm ready to conquer the European league in basketball.

Pursue a career in teaching.

My family consists of teacher, most recent ones were my grandfather, my grandmother and my dad, and didn't understand why they would do that job. In fact, I grew up hating teacher because it was the first thing related to school, but every year, this hate began to transform into respect and my last year in cegep is really when I started to getting sucked up in the teaching field. Like my grandfather did, I would love to go teach for a minimum of 4 years in Africa, in Nigeria and in Democratic Republic of the Congo. My mother was raised there and since I was a kid he told me a lot of stories from there and has been a dream of mine to go there. But I don't know if I should start my career there or wait 2-3 years of teaching here before going.

Most of the time, I don't like to be bossed around all day, that's why I'm attracted by Administration because in most cases, you become the superior and start your way up more easily. I heard from my cousins that I could transfer and finish my studies across the Atlantic, at Paris, in France. I could see that work out, it would give me another perspective of things works and because I'm half French, I have some cousins there, and they're willing to let me live with them, a good way to catch up on our lives. In the other, maybe the classes are going to be difficult because it won't be the same as here, in Montreal.

Here we are, the big day, I decided to finish my Bachelor degree in Administration and it's now time to graduate. In the remaining two years in getting my Bachelor, I met a girl who is now my girlfriend and now that I graduated, I don't know what to do, should I stay and work here or should I convinced her to come to Montreal, but I also feel bad because her parents are sick and don't want to force her to get far from them.

Choice 1 : Stay in Paris, find a temporary job and let her have some time with her parents.

Choice 2 : Go back to Montreal and let her the choice of if she wants to follow you or stay.

Being close to friends and family, was probably the beast thing to do if I didn't want complicate things, also I was familiar with the courses here so no stress was created more because of a new environment. I'm now holding my diploma and it feels great, I can now start a new chapter in my life. My mom's company could be an easy shortcut in the business, where I could land a high position because she told me that she wanted to head in retirement or I could seek for job interviews where I could write a story of my own.

I'm now the CEO at my mom's old company, she's now travelling around the world and I'm here having full control of the company. I managed to recruit a new team who has the intention of helping me reach the U.S. and not just doing business in Canada, we worked thoroughly, day and night to expand our territory in all of North America. We had an opportunity to linkup with another company which can easily help us expend but there's also a risk that it screwed everything up. Should we risk it? Is the question that is keeping me up at night, it could go so right or so wrong...

I went with myself on this one and the opportunity to write my own story. Start from the bottom and grind to work myself to the top. I'm really optimism about this one. In one of my class about Internationnal Businesses, W talked and learned about the different wage across some countries around the world. One place stayed in my head in it was Dubai, there, you can find a lot of premium wage job and is a good environnement that get you in a mindset of motivation, dedication and hardwork. But that means I would have to left everything behind in montreal and start a new life in Dubai.

Turns out everything went way better than I thought it would go, the result was maddening. When I first arrive I got an internship in a big tech company, this help me made a lot of contact in the business and decided to start a wild project of starting my own tech company in security, it was instant, in three months we were already a top competitor of the company where I was a trainee and manage to make a pretty big dent in their sales. That big, that they realize the cheapest options for them was to buy all or the majority of my shares of the company.

I found a job at a medium end company and now it's time for me to find a way to the top!

I've decided to sell 52% of my share for a little bit over 200 millions dollars and became something that I never thought in a thousand worlds, a multimillionnaire at 27 years old. After that, I came home in Montreal, back with my family and friends.

Unfortunately, a lot of things were not taken in consideration and ta lead to some massive debt, which I don't think we will be able to get out of. At that point it was either try to sell the company or declare bankruptcy, and after some long research some companies were intrigued, but we never had a deal so legitimately took my mother's company to the ground and declare bankruptcy.

I realise that with such high risk, it wasn't worth it to take a chance of losing everything, so I stayed humble, worked with what I got and to not skip some step. I promise, this company will shine, but it will take some time.

Unfortunately, her dad passed away but her mom got way better and is out of the hospital, after some long reflexion I left my temporary job and found a full time job where I've found myself really comfortable with the work environment there's and I announced my girlfriend that I'll be willing to stay here so that she could stay close to mother. With my new salary we bought a big apartment with a beautiful view and a nice borough. Couldn't ask for better at this point.

Well that didn't end well, me and her broke up and I hop in a plane and go back to Canada. It was a fun two years but I couldn't see myselft live there long-term but she wasn't ready to move in another country with me. At the end of the day I still see the bright side, I got my diploma and I'm going to see my family/friends for the first time since two years.

I stayed 5 years instead of 4 years, this was an unbelivable experience that I wish everyone can experience one day. I brought back so many memories from there and I was so thankful by the way that they welcomed me, that as soon as I came back in Canada, I started a foudation to raise found for that for the schools in that area.

In my second year as a teacher, a big case blew up in school about sexual assault between two students and a coworker and I have found ourselves in the middle of this as a witness of what happen, because we were the one that catch them in the act, in an empty classroom. All of the trial were set for a long time, but not enough time for me so that I could go teach in Africa and really enjoy my time there.
