What should I do?

Getting out of college.. what should I do next?

I just got my diploma for my three years studying Youth and Adult Correctional Intervention. I have a job opportunity in the prison of St-Jérôme, but I can't decide if I take it or if I continue to study at the university.

Choice 1 : Accept the job offer.

Choice 2 : Continue your studies to the University in criminology.

Choice 3 : Continue your studies to the University in Sexology.

Oops!

Criminology is not for me... the notions are too difficult for the small interest I have about the subject. I dropped out after two semesters.

Choice 1 : Go back to the beginning!

New job!

This new job is full of surprises! I did not expect that. You never know what is going to happen in your day. I've been working really hard to prove myself for the last few months. My boss seems to really like my work. He offered me to move to a new department, where I could improve myself as a worker and get a better salary. But I really like my post at the moment and I'm scared to move too fast since I've finished being a trainee not too long ago.

Choice 1 : Refuse and keep your actual job.

Choice 2 : New job and better self!

My new boss.

So I have been to this new job for almost a month. My boss is very nice. He helped me a lot to get this job, he even offered me a better salary! The only thing, is that I'm still new here, and I feel like he does not treat me like he treats my co-workers. He tells me that I have nice hair, that my uniform fits perfectly on me, especially my pants, and when he comes near me to watch the cameras, he puts his hand on my shoulder.

Choice 1 : Talk about the harassment with my friend.

Choice 2 : Keep it secret!

After two years.

I've been doing this job for two years now. I feel like a need a change...I talked to our supervisor about a possibility to change of department. The offer they did to me in my first months here is back! I was also offered a job where I would be a correctional officer, a job that I truly love, but in another prison.

Choice 1 : Upgrade, and stay at the St-Jerome's jail.

Choice 2 : Accept to be transfer and keep my statut of correctional officer.

Enough is enough!

After a year of living with the constant sexual harassment by my boss, I've decided to talk about it. I went to the Human Resources, and they listened to me and gave me the help I needed. My boss lost his job, and we found out that I was not his only victim! What a relief to see that he won't hurt and scare us anymore! I even got a promotion because of my courage!

Choice 1 : The end.

Shhh!

I've been dealing with harassment for some time now... I want to tell it, scream it to everyone, but I can't. I have my dream job and I'm scared of loosing it. I don't want to cause any trouble. I'd rather keep everything like that... secret.

Choice 1 : Keep it secret.

Finally!

Today, my co-worker Anna came to me because she didn't feel good. She told me everything: she's also a victim of our boss's harassment! She insisted for me to go with her to the Human Resources and tell everything. She said that she'll go if I go too.

Choice 1 : Go to the H.R. and tell everything!

Choice 2 : Tell her that I'm not ready yet.

I quit!

It became so hard to work with him... I can't take it anymore. I love this job, but every time I come to work I get nervous of what my boss is going to do or say to me. I'm done with it and I want to leave before anything happens. I'd rather leave than get fired and have a bad reputation.

Choice 1 : I'm over with this, BYE!

Talking about it.

I talked about the harassment to my friend and co-worker, Jenny. We're good friends, and so I felt more comfortable talking to her about it... but I felt like she does not believe me. She says that M. Hanson is a great man and that it's just how he is. Maybe, I should talk to him... after all, maybe he is really like that with every one.

Choice 1 : Talk to my boss about my uncomfort.

Choice 2 : Let it be and act as if nothing is going on.

Meeting with M. Hanson.

Today I went to talk to my boss about how I feel about his actions, and I told him that I feel like it's sexual harassment. He told me to stop saying things like that, that he's my superior. He also threatens me to end my career by telling every one that I am the one harassing him, and that he's going to fire me.

Choice 1 : Stop talking or thinking about it and move on.

Choice 2 : Go to the Human Resources and report his actions without worrying about his threats.

I should've talked...

It's been two years that I kept the sexual harassment of my boss towards me secret. It became too hard to handle. I felt in deep depression and I now have to quit my job because of it. I have to go to a psychologist and get the help I've been needing since the very beginning.

Choice 1 : Quit my dream job to take care of myself.

Sexology...Not sure about it.

I've finished my studies in Sexology. I love it and got a job in that field of study... but working with prisoners is still very interesting to me. I don't think sexology is my dream job as I thought.

Choice 1 : Go back and make the good decision!

What do I do now?

It has become so hard to work with him...I feel like whenever he gets a chance he comes to harass me. I've had enough. But I'm so scared. I don't know what to do.

Choice 1 : Go to the Human resources and get the help needed.

Choice 2 : I quit!

Choice 3 : Keep it quiete...maybe someone will notice and say something?

Should I prosecute him?

Working in a prison has always been my dream. I started as a trainee and worked my way up to where I am now. But these years has been terrible even though I had my dream job, my boss made me live in hell. I know I should prosecute him for what he has done to me and some other girls at our job.

Choice 1 : Prosecute him!

Choice 2 : He got fired... no need to add him anything that is enough.

Let's give him what he deserve!

After all what he made me and my co-workers go through, we decides to get stroger together and prosecute our boss M. Hanson. He has to pay for what he has done. You then get an offer to change of prison, but still have this amazing job of your dream.

Choice 1 : Accept the job offer, and move on with my life.

He had enough...

I think he learned his mistake. Not only has he lost his job, he also has lost all his credibility, and low are the chance for him to get a new job. Plus none of the girls wants to press charges against him, and I don't want to do it alone.

Choice 1 : Don't press charges and move on.

I really like it here!

It's been a month since I got to this new work environment. I love it here. I feel comfortable with my co-workers and I love the change, to see new faces, new prisoners, new stories, and there is way less drama here! I really feel like I found my place.

Choice 1 : Stay here, and work on my abilities!

I've been thinking.

I have been thinking a lot since my friend talked to me into going to the Human Resources with her. Back then I felt like I was not ready to talk about it, I was scared. But I'm tired of living in fear, I am done I want him to pay for his actions.

Choice 1 : Call Anna and ask her to come with me to the H.R.
