I have now finished my college education in Police technology. I can now start applying to different Police organisations.

In which organisations I want to work in the future?

Choice 1 : SPVM.

Choice 2 : Police force of Saint-Eustache.

SPVM.

I have entered this huge organisation that is known in the entire province. On my first day of work, I receive a call in the first 5 minutes of my shift. I am very excited to respond to it and I arrive at the site in only some minutes. The call is about a hostage who is stuck inside a house with a person with mental conditions.

Choice 1 : Entering the house and be heroic.

Choice 2 : Wait for some backup.

Police force of Saint-Eustache.

I have entered this little organisation to build experience for my future goal. Being a police officer in the SPVM. One year later, everything is still fine in Saint-Eustache. My shifts are all similar, I don't have a lot of actions and it starts to bore me, and being a young police officer, I search sources of actions and adrenaline. I start thinking about some other options for my future.

Choice 1 : I go to the university to get a higher grade.

Choice 2 : I wait and continue to build some experiences in this organisation.

Entering the house and be heroic.

I decide to go into the house without any real preparations. When I make my first step in the house, I see a man raising his gun in the direction of the women. I have a rush of adrenaline and I start to think really fast. So, I take my gun to shot at him but sadly he shot me first.

Choice 1 : Try again !

Wait for some backup.

Even if I am new on the job, I still make a mature decision and I refuse to go in the house by myself. I wait for a couple of minutes with my coworkers, and finally the squad for this type of situation show up. We make an actual plan while a police officer try to calm the male inside. We all come up with some great ideas, but we have to cut between the two best.

Choice 1 : We stay outside and wait till the man surrender.

Choice 2 : We distract the enemy, and we place a sniper right up the house in front.

We stay outside and wait till the man surrender.

My coworkers and I are waiting outside the house, and we try to communicate with this offender. As we wait, the time pass, and we now hear no sounds coming from inside. My sergeant organizes the squad to go see what is happening. I am the first to enter the house since the total blackout. I witness to a terrible scene, there's on the floor the woman covered in her own blood and there's the male in the kitchen. He killed himself right off the counter. After this intervention, I fell into a little depression that makes me doubt about my career choice. I decide to return to college because it wasn't the job for me.

Choice 1 : Try again !

We distract the enemy, and we place a sniper right up the house in front.

My sergeant call this tactic squad that has sniper guy, and we place him on a rooftop just in front of the target. We are now waiting for the perfect moment. As we wait for the green fire, the captain of this squad speaks with his man on the rooftop. The captain got to call the shot, so all the pressure is on him. He finally shouted the signal in his radio. We all hear this death shot passing through the window, and one second later, the sniper shout, "target down". One hour later, all the reports are filled in and I receive another call. But another police officer wants to go. I am very hungry and I would like to eat my dinner.

Choice 1 : I decide to take the call and eat when I am back.

Choice 2 : Let my coworker take the call.

I decide to take the call and make my way to the intervention. I take all my equipment and I prepare myself to go. I return to my car and I up in. As I drive at a regular speed, another car hit on the passenger side of the car. He hit me so hard that my car starts to roll on itself. An ambulance is called but I don't even make my way to the hospital. I died of intern hemorrhages. I leave my family and friends in a terrible mourning. In the hit, the other conductor was driving with alcohol in his system.

Choice 1 : Try again !

Let my coworker take the call.

I decide to not take the call and eat my dinner at the post. About 30 minutes later, I hear that the intervention is still going on. I receive another call that sounds casual. It is about a conflict between two baseball teams in a park close from your position. When I arrive at the park, I am not really ready to face the problem because it doesn't sound dangerous. But the fight take a big amplitude and you get overwhelmed big a dozen of young adults. You hit one directly in the face, when it wasn't the best option to apply. You get caught on camera and your sergeant dismissed you.

I start this program in criminology and I really enjoy it. At this moment, I forget about my career as a police agent. I imagine myself as a teacher in criminology. I finally decided to put this police career aside and concentrate on my studies. I complete my program and I end up teaching at Ahuntsic College. At first, I feel like I will like this new job, but one year later, I realise that I didn't make the right choice. The rest of my life was about regrets.

I wait and continue to build some experiences in this organisation.

I don't give up and I continue to work as a police officer in Saint-Eustache. Even if I thought that there's going to be any actions at this organisation, I did get a lot of it.
