It all started like this.

I just finish my two years in Nature Sciences. It' s time to take the most important decision of my life. I like a lot of things in my life, but I don't know what I want to do in the future. I always dream to become a teacher at the primary school, a science teacher or do a job that helps other people. I also need to consider that my mother has breast cancer. So, I need to do a choice.

Choice 1 : I go to the university.

Choice 2 : I take a sabbatical year.

University.

My mom encourages me to go to the university. I decide to go at university to Quebec with my best friend Alicia because I don't want to be alone in a new city. I live in a little apartment with her. I do a selection about all the programs I want to do and now I need to do a choice enter two programs that my application for admission is accepted. The first is about the psychology and the second is about sciences.

Learning to be a good science teacher.

It has been three weeks since school started and I like too much my field of study. I learn a lot of things, more than when I am at the college, about biology, chemistry, and physics. I like too much my course of chemistry because I do a lot of different experience. This week, I start my stage in a school for two weeks and I need to do a choice between if I do my stage to Quebec or to my hometown.

I am so happy to be back in Thetford Mines. I feel so good to see my friend and I like to be with my mother. I do my stage at the High School. I teach at two different groups of grade eights. I have assignment at a calm class and another that the students have many problems, so I need to do more discipline.I like teaching and be a great guidance for students, but I don't like my supervisor. It's a beautiful man, but he always has a strange behavior with me. He proposes to kiss me and invites to go at his home to talk about school. I say that I don't want, but he insists. I decide to put aside him. I don't know what I need to do with this situation. Is it just flirtation or is it sexual harassment?

The end of my first internship.

Today, I do my last day of my first internship. I really like the experience and I like guidance a student with a problem to be better at school and love school. I ignore my supervisor’s inappropriate comments and actions. I just concentrate my energy on my students and my future. After I do this internship, I know that I want to be a science teacher. It's my vocation and I want to share my passion for science at young generation. When I teach, I fall at my place in the world. I will finish my program of science teacher and become a great teacher.

Meeting with the director.

I decide that the situation is unacceptable. So, now, I am in the office of the director, and I am uncomfortable. I explain the situation, and he says that he will talk to my supervisor. He says that I can change of supervisor for the last four days.

I finish my stage with another class of grade eights and my supervisor is a woman, and she will take her retirement next year. I have a class a school adaptation. It's more difficult than when I start my stage, but I find that I love this job and I also want to teach at different types of groups.

New life to Quebec.

I decide to do my stage to Quebec and learn to live without my parents. I want to know if can be independence person. I call my mother every day to have some news about her health or to have some cooking advice. I cook every night for my friend and me. Alicia doesn't like cooking. Cooking inspires me for my stage to create and schedule one course about culinary chemistry. I do some test at my home and I burn a lot of things. I don't if it's a good idea to present this project.

Funny activity.

All students like my activity, and they love the concept to integrate something they know at a new thing. I am so happy and my supervisor loves my idea. Now, I know that I need to follow my intuition and I must trust myself. I become a more independent woman with this experience. I will become a teacher. It's my future.

Disaster.

I work only on my experience of culinary chemistry, but I don't trust myself and at the last minute I decide to change. I create in one night an experience about biology. I am not ready and I stress. I explain the goal of the course, but nobody listens me. I am discouraged. I finish the experience about genes of human. My supervisor says that is a good idea, but it can be more creative. I learn that I can't be perfect and I need to exceed my limits. I want to be a better teacher at the end of my program.

A bad choice.

I don't like this program, but I need to finish my session thoroughly and I want to have straight A's at the end. So, I am thoughtful in class, I participate and I go every day at the school library to study. I difficult to perform when I don't like the program, but I want to pull off this session.

A sabbatical year.

I decide that this year I didn't go to the school and I want to rest with my mother. I want to do a lot of things during this year. I want to travel the world with my mom or alone. Tough, I want to work also to help my mom.

A good job.

I want to rest with my mother this year. I am with her at the hospital, because this morning she has a treatment of chemotherapy. I support her and I don't want lose her. I need to decide if want a better job than now or I keep my job for this year.

Become the best cook!

I talk with my boss than I want to work full-time this year. She proposes to follow a cooker training the night to be better and it's to St-Georges. The company pays the training for me, but I can also just continue like now.

I am in my car and I wait to turn at the stop. I just finish my training with the chef Marie and I like my experience. I turn at right and the same time another car does a collision with my car and I die in the same time.

I decide to continue normally my job. I like this job, but I think that I don't want to cook the rest of my life. Now, I love to cook. An advantage of this job, it's that I can go with my mom for her appointment at the hospital. I have also a lot of time to see my friends.

I decide to find a better job than a cook. I find that Super C has a vacant position to be a secretary. I can postulate for this job and I can go to give my curriculum vitae in many shops.

I am late for my interview. I ran out of gas because I forgot that I need to go at gas station before I go at my interview. So, I am ten minutes late. I present my apology. I need to answer to many questions about my last job, my life and my hobbies. I think that I make a good impression. I hope to have the job.

Start my training.

I start my OJT. I need to read the office politics. I will earn a good wage. In this job, I need to answer at the phone, I do a part of accounting and I schedule my boss’s appointments. I learn a lot of information in a short time.

Ten years after my first day of work.

I am so disappointed about my meeting with my boss. I lose my work after ten years of service. Super C close because there are too many groceries for my little town. I don't know what I will do now. I have a family and I need to have a job.

I don't find a new job. I decide to keep my job of cook and I ask to have a better wage.

I schedule the trip with my mother, but this week she felt so sick. I go to the hospital with her and I wait for her result. I don't like the situation. After one hour, I can go to see my mother and the doctor wants to see me. I just finish listening to the doctor and I understand that my mother can not travel due to evolution of her cancer.

Two different countries.

I find two countries that I can participate at project of volunteering. I can go an Africa to construct a school and to work with the population or the United States to teach French in a primary school and to help an orphanage.

I take the plane to go to Venezuela and it's a day with a big storm. I never arrive in the United States because my plan crash in mountain that the pilot doesn't see due to the storm. So, I am dead right now.

The best experience of my life.

I love so much Africa. I help kids at school and I work on cocoa plantations. I am not paid for my work, but I feel so good to help other people. I have fallen in love with an African, but he doesn't know that I am in love with him. I want to help more this population and I find that I can do the difference in the life of some person. I pass invaluable time with my new friends and I have a new family, but I need to return in my country in two weeks. I can also do a request to work abroad.

I decide to live and to have a job an Africa. I start my training to become a French teacher. I feel at my place in this country and finally I say to the boys that I love him. It's my first boyfriend. I love my life and text my family every day.
