I just finished College and I'm excited to start university in September. I'm just not sure which university to choose for political science studies.

Go to UQAM.

I choose to go to UQAM and thoroughly complete the first two years of my degree. For the third year, I can choose to stay in Montreal or to study in Spain for two semesters.

I choose to go to the University of Montreal because I could complete my bachelor degree in two years. I got straight A's in almost every class and now I need to choose if I'm either starting my master degree or I try to find a job.

I start my master degree and complete it with success. Now I need to decide if I'm doing an internship in Montreal or in a foreign country.

After seeking out for jobs for two months, I realise that there is not much I can do with my degree. I only found dead-end jobs with low wages. I decide to go back to school to complete my master degree.

I decide to study in Spain and I really like the country. At the end of the year, I receive a job offer. I really like the country but I don't know if I should accept the job offer or go back to Montreal.

I begin my internship and get some on-the-job training. I really enjoy the job but I don't get the premium wage that I always wanted because of my lack of experience. I don't know if I should try to find a better job or just gain more experience.

Internship in a foreign country.

I choose to do my internship in an NGO in Germany. My job is to help migrants get the paperwork they need to apply to immigrate in Germany. I really enjoy the job because it gives me a feeling of fulfillment. At the end of my internship, I receive a job offer from the NGO and I can't refuse it. Germany is a great country to live and the organization offers a good retirement package.

Accept the job offer.

I accept the job offer and become a politician aide in Spain. I learn the ropes pretty fast and now I work overtime because it's the election. Unfortunately, the politician I work for fails to be reelected, so I'm now unemployed. I miss Montreal, but I also like Spain.

I decide to stay in Spain, but I can't find any job and I need a source of income to pay for my rent. I decide to go back to Montreal to complete my master degree.

More often than not, offers that I receive are dead-end jobs, so I decide that I just need to gain more experience.

I put aside the fact that I'm not getting paid enough for the job that I'm doing and keep getting more experience for a few years. In the meantime, one of my colleagues retire so there is now a vacant position and I decide to apply for it. This job would allow me to be higher in the company's hierarchy.

I get the promotion.

My boss is very happy with the job I've done so far, so he offers me the vacant position. I'm really overwhelmed by the chance my boss is giving me. After a couple of years, the job gets boring, so I decide to apply at the University of Montreal to become an assistant professor and I get the job.

I don't get the promotion.

I don't get the promotion and it's maddening to me. I decide to quit the job and search for other options. I receive an offer to work in public administration and another one to become an assistant professor at the University of Montreal.

Work in public administration.

I decide to work in the public administration but I don't really like my experience. The job is too repetitive and doesn't offer a good retirement package, so I decide to seek for other possibilities.

Choice 1 : Work as a political analyst.

I really enjoy the job of assistant teacher and after a few years I become a professor. It's well-paid and my employer offers me a good compensation package, so I can't complain.
