A Life Decision

college

The End Of College.

I will graduate from ahuntsic this fall. I passed three years of my life in a program I hated. However, I was good at it. Even though I didn't like my courses, I still managed to get straight A’s. If I want to go to university, I must apply in the next few days. I only have a week to decide whether I continue my studies in Psychology or change my field of study. What should I do?

Choice 1 : Change my field of study

Choice 2 : Apply to university

U.Q.A.M

University! A Bad Trip?

I applied to U.Q.A.M University. I stayed in the Psychology program, and I hated it even more than I did in college. I was always skipping class, and partying. I never did my homework or study. I even started smoking. Once, I was at a party, and a very handsome guy approached me and started flirting with me. I gave him my number, and we stared talking everyday. At the end of the semester, I realized that I was failing all of my courses. However, if I worked hard enough I may be able to pass and save my semester. At same time, the guy I met at the party invited me to go on a trip with him. What am I supposed do to?

Choice 1 : Go on a trip with this guy

Choice 2 : Work on my grades

Leave college for something new?

Soon after I finished my studies in Psychology at Ahuntsic College, I thought it will be for the best if I take a break since I wasn't sure about what I wanted to do next. Once I was surfing on Facebook, and I saw a publicity of a training for a job called area controller. I was intrigued and I decided to click in order to know more about it. I read the job description and I completely fell in love with it. It took me one second to know that it was the job I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

Choice 1 : Apply for this job

dream job

My Dream Job.

In order to get accepted to do the training, I had to do some exams that I succeeded. After that, I had to work really hard during the training because I struggled. After, I was an intern in the airport of Montreal. It wasn't as easy as the Psychology courses. It requires very thorough work. I got through every exam to get a vacant job in Alberta's airport. It was really hard for me to leave my hometown, my friends, and my family and start over. However, I enjoyed everyday I spent doing my job and that's what's important. Even though I didn't know in depth what I would do after 10 or 15 years of service I still kept doing it. My high income, the money I would be able to set aside and the lack of boredom in this job are the things that motivate me to do it for the rest of my life.

Choice 1 : Never act against what we think

nightmare vacation

A Nightmare Or A Vacation?

The name of the guy is Walter. When I talked about him to my friends, and told them that I was going on a trip with him to Cuba, they were skeptical. They told me he had a very bad reputation, and that I should not go with him. As usual, I didn't listen, and I went on the trip. It was the biggest mistake of my life. Days after we landed, I caught him delivering drugs. I spent hours thinking about what I should do and I figured that I had two choices.

Choice 1 : Bribe the police into arresting him

Choice 2 : Steal my passeport and run away

jail

The Police.

I wanted to escape without getting trapped in this country or even killed. Bribing the police seemed like a very good idea. I went to the police station, and told them that Walter was a drug dealer, and that if they arrest him they will be rewarded.FAIL! I ended up in jail with no money. The police was involved with the drug cartel.

Choice 1 : Always respect our values

How To Get Away From A Drug Dealer?

The only way to get out of the country was to steal my passport and money for the plane ticket. Walter was sitting in the balcony talking on the phone. I thought it was the perfect timing to do it. I ran into his room took my passport, and some cash. When I was about to close the door of his room he caught me getting out. He asked what I was doing, and what I had in my hands. I couldn't lie because he saw what I stole. I was very scared of his reaction, there was a heavy lamp next to me. I panicked, and I hit him on the head with it. I ran and never looked back. When I landed in Montreal, I dropped of university and took care of my life.

The End.

I decided to stop talking to that handsome guy of the party. I worked a lot, and had a very low income because I got sucked up in a dead-end job. I was a full-time cashier at Walmart. I had to pay my courses. I was really depressed and I knew it wasn't the life I wanted. I had to plan a very effective time management. I worked very hard and was able to pass my semester. At the end of the year, I was still not happy with my situation. It was even worse.

Choice 1 : I killed my self
