Your first class is Human Biology at 8 a.m. It's 7 a.m. and you just woke up. You are currently living at your parent's house in Laval so it takes you a good forty minutes of metro just to go there. Obviously, you arrived late to your class. Everyone is looking at you like you are an alien.Your teacher Mme.Dion doesn't seem really happy that you disturbed her course. When the class was over, you tried to explain to her why you were late. She had a lack of empathy for you and didn't care about what you said, so she gave you extra work for next class. You really felt offended and didn't like the way she talked to you. You felt that this University wasn't the right place for you and you just quit everything. You've decided to take a year of traveling and go to the University Laval at Quebec instead.

You and Jim have become lab partners during the years and started being inseparable.One day, you started dating. You both got your diploma at the same time and needed to decide in which environment you wanted to work. Jim's passion was microbiology and wanted absolutely to work in this domain.He got a job offer to work in a lab at the Hospital and said that you could work there with him too.You could be lab partners for life. However, you had a little preference in zoology that Jim didn't have. You had an offer to work in a zoo as a zoologist. You have to make a choice.

This seems like a great opportunity for you to get out of your comfort zone and learn new skills.However, you think that a semester is a long time without seeing people you love.What do you want to do?

You've decided to let yourself have some fun before the semester begins. You and Fiona are going to meet up with her friends directly at the local bar. You and Mark spent the majority of the night together and you find out that you both have the same interests. The night goes on and you lost track of time. It's now 3 a.m., you are not back to your residence yet and your class starts at 9 o'clock. Since the bar is closing, Mark invites all of you to an after-party at his apartment. You are tempted to go because you want to continue your conversation with him. However, you should probably go to sleep since your course starts in 6 hours.

Fly to Africa to do your internship.

A year has passed and you've pulled off the hard work successfully. You've managed to get straight A's in each course and this led you to Africa for your first internship. You are currently in Kenya and your purpose as an intern is to assist the local physiotherapist to heal children of muscular injury or even try to find a solution to help them form stronger muscles for better motor skills.You are doing this job totally voluntary without even earning a premium wage. It doesn't matter to you because you know that this experience will be an invaluable feeling for you and the children, and will be a foot in the door for your future job as a physiotherapist. Your internship sadly draws to an end.You've met some incredible person that you know you will never forget and you feel like you have made the right decision. At your last day, the local physiotherapist offer you a post at the clinic as soon as you finish the University and get your diploma. You felt really appreciated at this place and enjoyed the environment. You see yourself making a life there, but are you sure you want to move out permanently to Africa and let your past being you?

Coming back from Africa and doing other training in Quebec's clinics, made you realize that life in Canada isn't so bad after all. Your work conditions are better than in Africa mainly in terms of comforts and pension for the retirement. Considering all these factors, you have chosen to get a job at a clinic in your home province as you finished your studies. Your family is really happy that you decided to stay close to them and can't wait for you to live a successful life.

You've decided to follow your heart and passion about animals, and work as a zoologist. Since you've never work at this zoo before, the boss wants you to do on-the-job-training with two other trainees to be sure you are all on the same page. This job is very demanding and requires doing a lot of overtime. Because of this, you and Jim started seeing in each other less frequently than usual. The spark between you and him fade away and unfortunately you broke up. You are sad about this, but the animals in the zoo that you study makes you feel a lot better.
