After my Cegep Graduation (DEC).

For the last three years, I had been studying Business Management at the Cégep de Thetford. As a student, my goal was to pass all of my courses because I wanted to complete my DEC. But, what will I do after my college studies? I don't know for now and these are choices that I can choose.

I decided to go to the University because I wanted to upgrade my knowledge about accounting, marketing, and management. Also, continuing school for the next three years will help me find which job I want to do in administration. This is the right time of my life to learn the ropes and this is why I chose this program. This field of study will help me to evaluate the market for a company. Also, after these studies, I will be able to count and to make an accounting. Finally, I will be able to give advice about how to manage employees in a business. This compensation package will help me for the future.

After my graduation, I decided to continue to study to Laval University because I really like it. Also, I want to make a lot of money in the future ans I would like to teach at college or at university. I want to be a teacher or a professor.

I finished my studies and I have a doctorat in Administration. At this moment, I can start to work as a professor at an University in Administration. Before this, I have to make a job training that will help me a lot with my future job. It's time for me to prove myself to the Laval University. I will maybe do some task that I don't like, but it will be considered by the university. Also, this trainee will probably stressfull.

After my graduation as a Master at Laval University, I am starting my career as a teacher in Cégep de Thetford. I am teaching in the TAD program that is called Gestion de commerces. My girlfriend is also working at the Cégep de Thetford and I will make my life in Thetford. What a beautiful life!

10 years after my graduating, the Quebec government decided to honour me because of the work I have done at the Laval University. During the last few years I help a lot of businessmen with their business around the world. I also help some students who were starting their own business. The Laval University gave me a million of dollars because of the work I have done in the last ten years.

A Bad or a Good Decision?

At this point, I don't know if it was a good decision to ask my friends to be partners but they help me a lot in the financement of the business. They are making with me some overtime so I can say that they are working more often than not. One of these partners is not doing the job really well and he is making a lack of mistakes. This intern problem will maybe leave us to a misconduct and we don't know what is the right for the business because this guy is full of money. He help us a lot with the financement. I am the majority owner of the business. What should I do?

I decided to tell this situation to the human resources department because the HR are more regular to deal with these similar problems because of their experience and because of their background check. Effectively, this department deal with security, conflicts and wage of employees in a business. They are straight A's in this estate and I want them to give me some advices about what to do with this situation.

The Right Choice.

After the drive of work that the HR passed to help me with my situation they concluded that I should tell my partner that I recently found some mistakes in his work. Also, I should tell him that he will be able to set aside these mistakes by making a trainee. My friend reacted really well and few months after that he getting sucked up in, I saw a big improvement for the business. The business is now going well and we are living a good life!
