The graduation day has finally arrived! I've gone through a lot of stressful and maddening years. To be honest, maintaining straight A's has been difficult but, I managed to pull it off. Throughout my high school, I had to sometimes put aside my social life to focus on my goals. My time management saved me. Now, I'm so excited about this new chapter of my life. But, I have to make a very important decision for my future career. Will I choose the long and demanding path of medicine or enter the competitive and prestigious world of law?

Choice 1 : Become A Surgeon

Choice 2 : Become A Lawyer.

Choice 3 : A Year Off.

Become A Surgeon.

To become a surgeon, I have to choose a program related to science. Two big choices are ahead of me. Do I continue to live here and go to Cégep Montmorency or do I go back to Tunisia and restart my life there in med school?

Choice 1 : Go To Montmorency.

Choice 2 : Go Back To Tunisia(My hometown).

Become A Lawyer.

I chose to pursue law because in my opinion, this job very elegant and ambitious. I discovered how much I liked this job when I started watching a Turkish movie, and I admired the main character, and she was a lawyer. I had to do a lot of legwork to inform myself about this field. The question is, do I follow the main character and completely achieve my dream and go to study law in Turkey or do I just go to Cegep In Montreal In the Social Science program?

Choice 1 : Study Social Science In Montreal at Cegep Saint Laurent

Choice 2 : Study Law In turkey.

Go To Montmorency.

I applied to Montmorency in Naturel Science, and I was accepted! At first, I tried my best to catch up with all the homework and assignments but, I was quickly overwhelmed with the endless things that we have to do. The pressure was so intense, that I began to question myself what am I doing here? In my second semester, I met supportive classmates that quickly became good friends. Again, the semester became more demanding, that's when I had to decide what kind of student I wanted to become.

Choice 1 : Study Day And Night.

Choice 2 : Dropout And Go Party.

Go Back To Tunisia(My hometown).

I admired my hometown, and only saw myself living there for the rest of my life. The country is very special, you have everything you could ask for. It's like my dreams came true, studying to become a surgeon and, at the meantime, being around everyone that I love and a very beautiful country. I'm so excited to go back!

Study Day And Night.

I took my second semester very seriously and, I isolated myself from everyone to only focus on my studies. There were even some moments when I thought I had reached a dead end. But, all the challenges I faced helped me grow and taught me the ins-and-outs of the Cegep. Unlike my other classmates who only did cursory studying before exams, I started doing all my homework earlier to ask questions to my teacher. I started to feel a sense of fulfillment in this journey toward medicine. Despite all the bias from people and competition that is going on in my program, I hope that I will be accepted into medical school. Sadly, if I'm not accepted, I will have to pursue a bachelor's in Neuroscience At the University Of Montreal.

Dropout And Go Party.

I couldn't handle all the academic stress.And, I thought what is the purpose of education. So, I dropped out! I'm enjoying my life for now. All I do is partying.

Study Social Science In Montreal at Cegep Saint Laurent.

This program will lead me to law school, but It wasn't what I expected. I hated the college and the environment. I had to drag myself out of bed every morning. I was always late since the metro was far and always crowded. The only thing that I gained from this was just a small internship, it was my teacher that recommended me to this law office. He said that this would give me a foot in the door for my future career. This experience will also come in handy when I apply for jobs.

Study Law In turkey.

Turkey was amazing. The city was full of beautiful monuments and, you can feel the good energy. My first day at the law school was so good, I quickly gained new friendships. When class ended, I went to visit the famous Hagia Sophia. I even tried a traditional sandwich, it was delicious. I felt like I truly belonged there!

Choice 1 : Accept an Internship At A Law Firm.

Choice 2 : Discover Istanbul At Night.

A Year Off.

Taking a year off is a must. I need some time to rest before starting college.

The day that I've been waiting for has finally come. I'm at the airport, suitcase packed and, I'm ready to go to Tunisia and, start this new chapter of my life.

I ran as fast as I could, but I missed the flight. I sat down desperate rethinking my life. And, maybe this was a sign to just stay in Montreal.

Get a full time job as a waitress.

I got a full time job as a waitress in Montreal. The vibes were amazing! The restaurant was so beautiful, I was so happy when I learned they had a vacant position because their ancient employee took a leave of absence. My coworkers are wonderful. I love the clients because they tip me so much. I also saved some money and tried a whole new and worthwhile experience.

Choice 1 : Buy A Car.

Choice 2 : They fired me.

Travel to the United States.

The first state I went to is Miami. I was so excited to go to the beach and tan. The first day there was amazing! Back at the hotel, I decided to take a little walk around the area because I had just had a tasty dinner and wanted to digest. Out of nowhere a guy pointed his gun at me. And BOOM, I got shot and I died.

Buy A Car.

After a few weeks of working, I already saved enough money from all the tips and my wage to buy a car. I contacted someone on the marketplace for a Honda Civic. I was so excited for my first car. It didn't work out as I expected because two days later, it broke down completely and the engine won't start. When I tried calling the owner, he didn't respond and, I'm pretty sure that he blocked me. So, that's how you get easily scammed!

They fired me.

After my late night shift, I was closing as usual and was working overtime. I was putting everything in place, tidying up the restaurant. When, suddenly my boss came to me and told me that we needed to talk. I was already so tired and, carrying the drive of work. He suspected me of stealing money from the cash register, but he had no proof of that. He threw me out with my last paycheck. I even tried to talk to the HR, but no one gave me an answer, so I guessed that I need to be looking for another job.

Start Medical School.

Once in medical school, I thought that the hard part was just to get in. But, I became mentally exhausted from all the things we have to learn in classes like anatomy, patient care and diagnosis. I had to study every subject in depth. During my final years, I began to work at a hospital as a trainee. I really like this job and was so happy that I chose this path.

Study Neuroscience at The University Of Montreal.

Unfortunately, I wasn't accepted into medical school. My dreams of being a surgeon were so big that I couldn't give up. I had to study neuroscience for three years and get a degree, after that, I can reapply. At first, I was so sad about it, the fact that I will lose three years of my life. The first classes help you better learn about the human brain and the nervous system. This program wasn't what I expected, it was so demanding. After a few weeks, every class and, every experiment strengthened my passion for healthcare. The three years went by really fast, I became fascinated by the neuroscience that I decided to pursue this career because I also realized that there were a lot of ways to contribute to the medical field.

Accept an Internship At A Law Firm.

One of my university professors got me an internship at a well-known and prestigious law firm. Even though the overwhelm hit me at first, but then I accepted the fact that this internship will give me a foot in the door for my career as an intern, I received a lot of on-the-job-training. I also started slowly learning the ropes of work. I learned a lot of communication skills that came in handy during meetings.My boss was so happy with my work, but I feel like our relationship became closer the I expected.

Discover Istanbul At Night.

The spring break finally came, I started exploring Istanbul at night with my friends. The city felt alive and amazing.The streets were crowded with loud music on. Walking near the Bosphorus at night made me realize how much I'm lucky to be here and that moving to Turkey was the right choice.

Fall In Love With My Rich Boss And Marry him.

As time flew by, we started a relationship and our love story began. He proposed to me and, we got married in Istanbul. Now I'm a stay at home wife and, I live in a big mansion.
