I'm almost done with high school.

When I was in high school, I didn't know what I wanted to do after school, but I did know what I didn't want to do. I did not want to work at a dead-end-job for the rest of my life. I had straight A's during my semester, so I could choose what I wanted to do for a living, but there were many things that I enjoyed doing, and I wanted to do one of those things. My two favorite passions were art and science, but I have no idea which one to choose because they both have drawbacks. Should I join the art program, join the science program, or start working right away?

The art program was very fun, and I got to learn new techniques and medium. I learned a variety of new skill that I could use in my future. I learned how to sculpt with different materials, paint, draw, use computers to make art, and I even learned how to make a comic book. Two of these stood out because I had the most fun doing them. I really enjoyed painting, and making comic books. I loved mixing different colors with my spatula, there was something very satisfying about it. I also loved creating a story, and telling it threw my drawings. However, I have no idea which of these careers I would like to pursue. Should I make paintings and sell them, or should I do the same thing, but with comic books?

I had been working on a painting for about a year. I really enjoyed it. There was something very fulfilling about painting because it was something I enjoyed doing since I was young. I was placing every detail thoroughly, I was almost done with. When I was done with it, I was planing on selling it, but it got stolen before I could. I didn't know what to do after that, a year of my life down the drain. I don't even know why it got stolen, I wasn't even done with it. I don't know if I should continue painting. I decided to make another one, I liked painting too much to give up. This time. I decided to use oil paint just to add a little bit of variety. It was easier to blend colors because the paint dries slower. I ended up liking this one more than my first one, and I got to sell it for 10 000 dollars. This painting was really worthwhile. Should I continue in this path or should I get a more secure job?

I made a lot of paintings since the one that got stolen, and every single one of them was sold for more than four digits. I guess persevering turned out to be quite useful. I had enough money to put aside some of it in case I needed it. It was difficult, and I sometimes got overwhelmed by all the painting I was doing, but it payed of, and I never had plans of stopping.

I really enjoyed painting as a job, but the money was not a guarantee, and since money was really important, I decided to quit painting as a job. I dreaded that decision, but it had to be done. I decided to work as a dish washer in a restaurant. I learned the ins-and-outs of this job, and it turned out fine. It's not what I wanted to do, but at least the money was constant.

I didn't want to paint anymore because I worked so hard on my painting only for it to get stolen, and I didn't want that to happen again. I decided to work for a video game company to design characters and sceneries. It was very fun, but I couldn't do whatever I wanted to do, I had to listen to certain rules. That took away some of the fun, but none of my designs got stolen, so that was good. I wanted to continue with this job for a long time because I enjoyed it, and it was secure.
