What do I do after high school?

I just finished high school with amazing grades, and my parents are now pressuring me to go to college. The college near me is a great institution named St Lawrence College. I apply in the Accounting and Management program and get accepted, but I am still unsure if I want to go to college. My other choice would be to start a real estate company and grind hard to become wealthy.

I decided I wanted to go to college after all. I wanted to make my parents proud of me, and eventually get a great job at a big investment bank. I studied really hard, and I got straight A's in all of my classes. I now needed to choose if I applied for an internship or if I chose a normal student job in a local restaurant.

I announced to my parents that college wasn't for me, and they were furious. When I revealed them my plans to make my own company, they said I would never achieve anything, and they kicked me out of the house. I had to get my own place because I was now homeless. I still had to choose if I wanted to start working now and go further towards my goals, or if I wanted to have a little fun before real life starts.

Life as an intern.

It was the summer vacations for most of the students on campus, but not me. I had an internship at the biggest investment bank in my city as a summer analyst intern. I was working day and night, and my wage was pretty good, but I felt exhausted when I started the next semester, who was also my last. I still wondered if I quit college now and don't look back or if I continued to have my degree.

Choice 1 : Graduate college.

Choice 2 : Abandon college.

I now had my own place while working two jobs at the same time just to barely break even. I used the little money I had left each month to save for when I would start my company. I was nearly there, only a couple more months to have enough.

Graduate college.

I now graduated from college, and was ready to start my new job as a financial analyst at a big firm. The hours were excessively long, sometimes even 100 hours a week, but I had to persist. I received mostly on-the-job training by my manager and colleagues. I felt so stressed, I didn't know if I could endure it much longer, and my manager was so hard toward me, I just wanted him gone. One time, I heard him take a bribe from a client, so I thought maybe if I reported him, he would be gone, and I could have normal weeks again instead of 100 hour work weeks.

Choice 1 : Report the bribe.

Choice 2 : Don't report the bribe.

The messenger.

I was on the verge of having enough money to start it all, but then, a weird guy appeared at my job. He was around 6 foot tall and seemed really lost. I asked him if I could help him, and he said to me that he knew who I was, that he was a messenger from the sky, and I needed to quit at this very moment if I wanted my dreams to become true. I kicked him out and called the police since he was clearly on drugs, but I still questioned if he was right. I quit shortly after the incident thinking he actually was a messenger, and started a digital marketing business.

The downfall.

Throughout college, I met a girl named Rose, and we quickly started dating. Everything was perfect until I landed my job. Being so stressed, I started using insane amount of cocaine, pretty much like everyone in the banking industry, and she dumped me like the loser I was. I was so stressed and high I barely even noticed she was gone from my big apartment. Then, it clicked. I realized it was a dead-end job, and quit shortly after. My addiction persisted, and I ended up doing an overdose alone behind a gas station.

The restaurant.

I got a job at a local restaurant named Victor's. I was just a normal cook making minimum wage. This job was really hell for me, my coworkers were so dumb I could not take it anymore.

Choice 1 : Graduate college.

The fun begins.

I chose to go have fun before life gets serious. I want to explore the world and what it has to offer. I could use the money I saved up for college that I didn't use, or I could try and scam an elderly woman I know.

I went to this grandma's house I used to mow the lawn for. I said I was very sick and that I had brain cancer. I told her I really needed all the money she could give to save my life. Of course, she gave me $3000. Who wouldn't help a dying child? I then booked a flight to Brazil the next day.

Use the college money.

I used all the money I had left that I saved up for college to book myself a flight to Brazil. I really hope that everything will be cheap out there because I don't have much left.

The plane ride was pretty smooth, except some guy with a gun managed to kill the pilots and then himself, in hopes of killing everyone on the plane. I just went calmly in the cockpit and made an emergency landing in the amazon rainforest, and everyone was safe. I felt very fulfilled. When we landed, we found a tribe with no contact to the world. I decided we could help them because it was one of my dreams to volunteer abroad. We found it so relaxing that we stayed and lived the rest of our lives in the amazon rainforest with the tribe.

Abandon college.

When I told my parents I dropped out from college, they completely lost it and cut all financial aid that they provided me. I was then homeless, so I needed to find an apartment and a job quickly. Me having a gummy bear addiction, it would be hard not being able to afford those for a while.

Choice 1 : The working man.

Report the bribe.

I chose to report the bribe to HR. It kind of broke office politics, because everyone knew the manager was taking bribes, but no one dared to speak up. When he got fired, the employees were relieved, and I was promoted to manager to replace him. I was now earning a great salary. My life was perfect until my wife of 10 years cheated on me with her boss. I did not know if I should kick her out of my house.

Choice 1 : Kick her out.

Choice 2 : Let her stay.

Don't report the bribe.

I chose to not report the bribe in fear of losing my job. A month later, I saw him flirt with an intern who was in college. I did not want either to report this sexual harassment for the same reason I did not want to report the bribe.

Kick her out.

I decided to kick her out. I was broken, and it appeared in my performance at my job. People started noticing I wasn't well, and my superior gave me an extra month of vacations. I wondered if I should start dating again or wait a little bit.

Choice 2 : Wait before dating.

Let her stay.

I let her stay because I loved her too much. She was clearly cheating on me again, but I didn't care, I just ignored it. One day, I had enough, so I came home early and surprised her with another guy. I tried to fight him, but he gave me the whooping of my life, and I sadly died.

I chose to date again because I was lonely. I discovered I was a homosexual, and got into a secret relationship with a guy I met through a dating app. It turns out the guy I was dating was also the guy my wife cheated on me with. He was dating her also at the moment, but dumped her for me. We lived happily and retired early.

Wait before dating.

I wait before dating since I was a little bit traumatized. I find out I really enjoy living alone, and decide to focus on my banking career. I retired at the age of 50 years old, and I traveled the world until I died.

It was hard at first, but when I got my first clients, I felt really accomplished. I scaled the business, and I was now in 12 countries. I made a bunch of money, lived my dream life and bought my dream car, a Porsche 911.
