I loved volunteering abroad at this place. Helping people made me feel like a better person, and it taught me a lot about life. We should be grateful for what we have in our beautiful country. We are lucky to not live in poverty like those people who live in Guatemala. And still, they appreciate even more what they have, and they don't complain about it. They are just happy to be alive, and when I realized that, my whole perspective of life changed.
