The decision.

It all started when I finished secondary school. At first, I thought about going into Social Sciences because I liked understanding people and communication. However, I also loved the healthcare field, and I wanted to help patients directly. There was one problem: I did not have my chemistry course. So, I decided to go Tremplin DEC to try to complete my chemistry and keep the door open for Nursing.

Choice 2 : Working full time.

In Tremplin DEC, I took chemistry. I learned about solutions,reactions, and concentrations. I tried my best, but the course was difficult. At the end, I did not pass chemistry. I felt disapointed, but I still wanted to work in healthcare.

Choice 1 : Apply to nursing program

Choice 2 : Drop out school

Working full time.

I worked full time, but I was a victim of sexual harassment.

Getting accepted.

I got accepted into the Nursing program. At that moment, I did not know that I could take chemistry while being in Nursing. I was happy, but also nervous. I knew the program would be demanding because it included science, communication, and clinical practice.

Drop out of school.

Since I stopped school, my mother threw me out on the street, and I ended up homeless.

First semester.

I started my first semester in Nursing. I learned about anatomy, physiology, microbiology, and communication. I also discovered patient care, hygiene, safety, and infection control. At first, everything was new and challenging, but I was curious to learn more.

Another program.

I made a teamwork with someone in my class but this person used AI, so I was fired from the program.

Discovery.

During the semester, I discovered that I could take chemistry in Nursing. This was a real opportunity for me, especially because I had failed it before.

Adaptation.

I tried to adapt, but I had a big skiing accident, and I was hospitalized for a whole session.

Understanding the importance.

I realized that chemistry was important for medication, dosage, and patient safety. It was a not just a class, but something useful for a real patient care.

Feel unsure.

Since I was not sure of myself, I felt a lot of stress and anxiety. This caused a cardiac arrest.

I decided to concentrate, and I passed my chemistry course with an average of 98.5%.

I did not manage my time well. I had many assignments and responsibilities. Instead of fixing the problem, I ignored it.

Reflection.

I realized that if I wanted to succeed in Nursing, I needed to change my habits and take more responsibility.

I'm someone who has a hard head I decided to do it my own thing and improvise, but I had to study for a big chemistry lab.

I started organizing my schedule, studying more regularly, and asking for help when needed. I also decided to take chemistry seriously this time.

I decided not to study, and I'm stressed because I don't know if I should go to my chemistry lab.

I studied well, and I passed my lab.

I decided to go to my chemistry lab, but I woke up late. I don't know if I'm going by taxi, or I'm running.

I decided to call a taxi, when the man arrives, I find that he keeps looking at me and asks me a lot of questions. I notice that he doesn't go to school, he takes me to an abandoned place, he kidnapped me.

It was a record! I managed to get to my lab in not even 7 minutes! I managed to arrive on time and do my lab.
