During my third semester of college in my special care counselling program, we were required to apply for an internship. I applied to two company, the one in Montreal or the other one in Gaspé. I was accepted by both internships. Where should I go to learn the ropes?

I was so happy to start my first on the job training in Montreal, my number one choice. After one week of the test drive my internship, I got some recipient from my manager because I have been coming in the handy for the company.On the weekend, I was so excited ant happy to go back for not make me feel invaluable, also they didn't make my internship hindered quite the opposite. They have been supporting me.For really, this experience was my foot in the door.What should I do?

I had a good relationship with my colleagues. They didn't withhold about my lack of skill in the field, and I got a good wage for an intern. Also, they have accepted my apply without have to do a background check. My manage was so proud of my improvement, during my observation, and how I was patient helping people with mental health issues, and have substance abuse like alcohol and drugs. I was overwhelmed of work. No way.

There was always road traffic, and it was difficult to speak in English because I have been getting sucked up in with foreign people, and it isn't my first language.the job where I must professional boundaries with people that have intellectual disability. I didn't want to remain unemployed for another year. I was ready to start my new internship in the beautiful city with a premium wage. Yeah! I worked in team with someone who had more experience and knows the city well. First, he was kind, the most time pass, he changes, he was misconduct with me, and I learned that he had a bad background. What should I do?
