I have one year left in my studies at Cegep de Sherbroke in the nursing program. After that, I didn't know what I was going to do that year. I wondered whether I should continue with nursing at university or start working full-time.

I 've lived in Sherbrooke my whole life, and my family lives their too. So, I'll have to move to Montreal to pursue my higher education. Also, I need to past my test drive because I need to go to Montreal by car. Next, in Montreal they don't really have parking. Should I rent ans apartment on my own or with roommates? I'm going to work at the hospital, al I'll already be working in the maternity ward. I have a much better chance of working in thus unit. So, I either continue in the maternity ward or choose to request a transfer to another floor to work in a different unit. What should I do?

I will have premium wage because we have more money in the private sector, and we have the best working condition. Most of the time we don't need to be imposed. Moreover, this condition is invaluable when we want or have a family at home, and you are at public you need to stay because they don't have staffs. Am I going to a residence for elderly people or am I going as a floating team on the floors for the private company.

If I study in person, it will only last two years and my purpose is to finish this as quickly as possible. During that time, I can stay at my parent's house and focus solely on my studies. This can help with punctuality because we have to travel to see the professor, so there's more commitment. That's the rightchoice!

With online classes, it's much easier to lose focus, which can lead to more frequent failures. I need to have time management very good. Furthermore, it takes much longer than attending in person. This isn't the right choice because I want to finish as quickly as possible.

The wage I will earn during my studies will not be enough to cover my basic needs such as food and an apartment with the current cost of living. It is not a good choice!

I'm going to work in the other units that exist in the hospital. I could work in the neurology unit or in the cardiology unit.

The job is very smooth. We do need to do a lot of stain because we do not distribute the medication. Though, it is the auxiliary nurse who give them to the resident, We only need to do the post-fall reports, the wound assessments, change the bandage as needed, and take boold tests. This is a good choice!

I can be come in handy because all the unite have a big lack of staff. On the other hand, I will move from one team to another, so it could be more complicated to make friends. Also, the teams will integrate me less because I will only see them once or twice. I will not be able to get used it the team or the patients, which can be come complicated when starting after school. It is not a good choice!

If I decide to work in this part of the unit, I could be around newborn babes during all my shiflts. Consequently, I could have a good relationship with the parents. But, I can feel overwhelm because in this unite now the staff is a lot impose to do double shifts. So, this is the right choice!

If I decide to work in this part of the unit, I will have the chance to bring babies into the world and to support families in this process. As a result, there will be work shifts that will be quiet and during which, unfortunately, I will not be able to help bring babies into the world because it will not happen. But, I can put aside the unpleasant sides of the thing. This also a good choice!

I could choose neurology, but that department, and their monitoring system are really demanding. It is not a good choice.
