I was only 17 years old when I decided to go in nursing school. Because my mom was also a nurse, I was already having a foot in the door. Then, three years later, it was finally the end of school. I had so many things that I wanted to do. I wasn't sure what would be the best decision for me after all of these years in nursing school. Should I go work directly as a nurse or go to university?

These are the reasons why I finally decided to have taken my chance and going work as a nurse. The problem was that I wasn't sure where would I go. There were so many places that I wanted to go. I was hesitated between two places. Should I go work as a nurse in pediatric or at the emergency room?

I decided to go to university in nursing science. It was the best decision I thought. This option was offering me more opportunity. I was able to make more action and being freer in my work. My first purpose was to help sick people, and made a difference in someone's life. Should I applied to Sherbrooke University or to Montreal University?

Become a pediatric nurse.

I was good at it, for being honest. I always knew that kids were appreciating me. It came in handy for this job. I was really making a difference into kids and parent's life. They were giving me this feeling every day. It was very helpful to receive sweets and goods comments. I was really interested and caring about them. My favorite moment of the day was too played with them when their parents were tired or needed to take care of themselves. Should I go as a night worker or a day worker?

It was only my first month as a trainee, and I was already so overwhelmed. I was literally having no time for ate. In this situation, I was always remembering my years of learning as an intern. I was having my first place, where I was able to do everything that I wanted. I moved in my own place alone. I always knew that university wouldn't be as hard as everyone said. I was in my first year of university at Sherrbrooke. I decided to stay in my parent's house. Everyone deters me by telling me that I was too old to being at my parent's place, but it was the best decision.

Working in a house of old people was the sweetest job I have ever had. I was really appreciated them. It was so easy for me to understand them and talked with them about their past. Of course, more often than not, they were very confused, but it was making my job funnier. I was waking them up with a big smile, and they were always received me with open arms. It was harder every day to saw them leave this world. I wasn't thinking it would be this hard to seen people die because of their old age. I was appreciated which one of them.

It was my third year as an emergency room nurse. I was so tired, had no time to take care of myself, and my boss was always put some over time in my schedule. As a night worker, I was having a premium wage. It was making the difference on my salary every two weeks. The vibe was slower than during the day. All patients were sleeping, and I was checking on them. I was also having some tasks to do like, taking vitals, give some pills, and also being sure that everyone was fine and comfortable. I was having a lot of time for writing my notes. I thought it was thoroughly long and my body had not seemed able to adapt my new routine. Sleeping during the day and being waked-up during the night was so confusing for me. I was always hungry during the day, and it was difficult to stayed awake during the night, at the beginning. I literally had no time to saw my boyfriend because he was working during the day, which I was supposed to be sleeping. I realized that I was missing so much the adrenaline and the action. Should I changed my plans and go work in surgeries' place or at the intensive care place?

I was appreciated to waking up early, saw the morning sun, and started my day by waking up my patient. I was a morning person since I was young. Because I was starting my working day at 07:00, I had my evening for some me-time. Also, the fact that my schedule was matching with my boyfriend one, was an extra bias. We had a lot of time for being together. The disadvantage was waking up at 05:45, that means that I was obligated to go sleep earlier. I could never watch TV later. A Pediatric Hospital at Montreal asked me if I was free to have an interview with them to started working there. I was questioning myself if I should go work as a nurse in a pediatric hospital or stayed in pediatric unity in Sherbrooke.

Work in a surgeries' place.

I had seen a lot of things since I am in the operating room as a nurse. I saw a lot of blood, open body, and a lot of complications. I was feeling myself like in a movie. There are a lot of medical people in the same little room.

I was having a lot of adrenaline and there are so many actions at this place. I couldn't believe that was in the same hospital as I was. It was the best move I could have done. I always had something to do. I should ask for a premium wage.

Decided to go work in a pediatric hospital at Montreal.

I was working at Saint-Justine in Montreal. I was having so much fun doing my job there. All families seem tired and exhausted by their situation. I was making a difference in their life. Every time that I had passed in this hospital with those sick kids was honestly invaluable. I couldn't explain it with words. Because I was new, every worker was trying to show me the ins-and-outs ways to do everything. They had to check on my background before they hired me. It wasn't official at first, and I was making the road every day, but after some months passing their, I really liked this place. Should I move-in to montreal or still ad the road every day?

I decided to move-in with my boyfriend in Montreal. It was the best decision every. I was near to everything, specifically from my job. My leave of absence wasn't fulled, and I used it for good reasons and emergency only.

I was so excited to leave and goes help sick people in a poop country, as a nurse. It was the best experience of my life. I had decided to stay two more months their because I was much appreciated it.
