This is the first step of your journey as a member of the CAF. This step takes every citizen and transform them into a soldier to be ready to get assign to their first job. Located at the Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School in Saint Jean-sur-Richelieu, this training is going to last 9 weeks non-stop.

This is the first step at becoming an officer in the CAF. Located at the Candian Forces Leadership and Recruit School in Saint-Jean sur Richelieu. This is where you will learn leadership and basic military training before being assigned to your first job. The training last 12 weeks non-stop.

You choose to become a weapon tech! This job consists of maintaining and repairing weapons of the Canadian Armed Forces.

Seem likes you are not afraid of hot situation and danger! You choose to be an infanteer. Infantry soldiers are the main combat fighters and are responsible for closing with and destroying the enemy.

You will be assigned to an 18 months on the job training in Ottowa where you will learn everything about every weapon of the CAF.

You will be assigned at the Royal 22 e Regiment in Valcartier, Quebec. The training last, a total of 17 weeks including the following topics: use and care of a personal and section-level weapons, including rifles, machine guns and anti-tank weapons. Navigation by day and night. Construction of field defenses, such as trenches and laying landmines. Patrolling operations. Infantry section and platoon tactics, including offensive, defensive and transitional operations.

Good job! You are now a weapon tech serving for the CAF. You will serve the time you enlist for or maybe more!

War as been declared in the middle east. You don't have a choice, it's your job now, you are getting shipped to Iran. You are part of ambush operation in order to kill one of the enemy leaders.

You have now finished you career at only 55! You may now take time to appreciate life and benefit from the military retirement benefit for serving your country.

It's a more chill year before going into serious stuff, you can do your general classes so that way, next year is going to be a bit lighter.

This is a 3-year complete private formation where you will learn everything about being a pilot. This includes 2400 hours total, with 250 hours of flight time and 70 on the simulator. At the end, you will have every license to choose any aviation career you want from being a bush pilot to an airline pilot.

Great job! You got one of the most prestigious jobs in the Canadian Armed Forced. Only officers can be pilot in the CAF. Now, you are going to Portage la Prairie in Manitoba to start your training which lasts, 8 months.

Congrats! The hardest part is behind you. Now, you need to find a small job to get to your 1500 flights hours in order to be able to fly for airline company or, you enlist as an officer for the CAF to fly for them.

This the path that most student pilot choose because it's easy to access, but it can take a few years to get to 1500 hours. You will get there eventually.

This one of the most prestigious jobs ever, and you get to travel the entire world every week. It's a very well-paid job that can go up to $400,000.00 a year at the higher rank. You get to work 18 days of the months and the rest are off, but it depends what company you fly for.
