After school.

During the end of high school, I had to choose what to do next. I could go to the cegep, or I could have taken a sabbatical year and earn money. I chose to go at the cegep of Thetford in social sciences. I chose this program because I didn't know what I was going to do later and because I wanted to open doors for myself.

Choice 2 : Sabbatical year.

College.

I didn't know what I would do in life, so I decided to study Social Science. Once I knew I would do that, I had to choose which profile I would take between the sport one and the psychologic one.

Choice 1 : Sport profile.

Choice 2 : Psychologic profile.

Sabbatical year.

By taking a sabbatical year, I could lay off of school for a while. I could work and save money for later or I could also take time for myself to get more clarity for my future.

Choice 1 : Work.

Choice 2 : Take time for myself.

Sport profile.

By taking the sport profile, I could open up many interesting paths for myself to study like kinesiology, physiotherapy or even physical education. I could then become either a physical education teacher or a trainer.

Choice 1 : Physical education teacher.

Choice 2 : Trainer.

Psychologic profile.

With the psycho logic profile, I could study the human being and his actions. I would then learn why a person acts the way he does and then find solutions. With this profile, I could become a psychologist or a criminologist.

Choice 1 : Psychologist.

Choice 2 : Criminologist.

Work.

Working full time during my sabbatical year would offer me the chance to save a lot of money for later. It would then be useful for later to buy a car or even an apartment.

Take time for myself.

Taking time for myself during my sabbatical year would offer me the opportunity of doing a full mental reset. What could help with that can be vacation. That means I could travel. Two destinations that I would really like to go are Mexico and Switzerland.

Choice 2 : Switzerland.

Physical education teacher.

Becoming a physical education teacher always seemed like a cool option to me. What's more fun than teaching and playing sports with kids or teenagers? Although I don't know where I would teach between high school and primary school.

Choice 1 : High school.

Choice 2 : Primary school.

Trainer.

When I began going to the gym, it rapidly became a true passion of mine. That's why the career of trainer is a very interesting path for me. I could select people that want to gain muscle or loose weight. But since I am a man, would I only train men or both genders?

Choice 1 : Only men.

Choice 2 : Both genders.

Psychologist.

With my knowledge as a psychologist, I could open my own cabinet, so I would have my patients. I would listen to their social problems to then offer them solutions, so they get better.

Criminologist.

As a criminologist, my role is to study crime and why it happens, so I can help prevent it. That means I have to analyse all the details of a crime like who, where and when. It might also happen in the course of my career that I have to interview offenders.

Buy a car.

At this age, buying a car is buying liberty. Having a car means I don't have to ask my parents for lifts. I can go where I want when I want. With a car, I could also carry all my stuff without any problem. A car is very useful.

Buy an apartment.

Having an apartment is having your own home and personal space. It also gives me independence and privacy. With an apartment, I could personalize my space the way I like and invite friends over.

Mexico.

Going to Mexico is a great idea to visit beautiful beaches like Cancun, Tulum or Puerto Vallarta. I could also explore history and ruins with sites like Chichén Itzà and Teotihuacan. Traveling to Mexico is also a great opportunity to relax.

Switzerland.

In comparison to Mexico, Switzerland is more about nature and mountains. In Switzerland, I would explore the alps in which I could go hiking or skiing. I would also visit cities like Zurich or Geneva.

High school.

In high school physical education, there will be fitness and training like strength training, cardio workouts and fitness testing. I would also do health education to teach teenagers healthy eating and mental health management.

Primary school.

In primary school, physical education is more about fun and learning how to play sports. It's also about social skills like teamwork and respecting the rules of a game. It can be a very fun option.

Only men.

Training only men would be way easier for me because I know a lot more about how the male body works. I could then give tips and information that I am sure of.

Both genders.

Training both men and women would be a big challenge but would still be interesting. It would also give me the opportunity to learn even more. Training both genders would also be a better idea to have more clients.
