What to do after graduation at CEGEP de Sherbrooke.

In the summer of 2027, I graduated in mechanical engineering program. At this point, I was not sure what I would do in my future. I knew for sure that I was in love with the environment, but I was not sure where and how I would start my career.

I decided to continue to the university because Iheard that I would get a better job after and also a better wage that would come with making this decision. The only problem was that I was getting overwhelmed in all the homework I had to do and the work charge was bigger than in cegep. It was becoming a lot for me.

I decided to get mt first job as a machinist in a shop because I was in love with it and there was a vacant position in a shop near my house. My job was mainly to do cycle start on CNC machine, and I loved to see the process of fabrication of different parts. The only problem is that after about one month of work in this shop, the job was feeling very repetitive and I got bored doing the same exact thing over and over.

After a moment in university, I realized that more often than not, I was studying things not even related to my field of study. This is the reason why I decided to drop out of university. Due to my lack of motivation, I dropped out of school, but now I have to find something I can do in my life.

I decided to stay in university as I think all the time I spent doing it is invaluable and will definitely pay one day or another. Now that I graduated from university, I have to decide what I will do next and what will be the best decision for my future.

I decided to quit this job as the HR department was maddening me concerning awkward situations with my colleagues as bias. Not only this but the job was also very repetitive, and I was getting sucked up in this dead end job. Now that I quit, I have to find something else to do of my life.

I decided to keep this job as a machinist, but I wanted better condition. The HR department did some research about my profile at work and a background check. They determined I could get a compensation package and also a wage. Not only I would be better treated a job, but I would also have better condition of work.
