Graduation Day.

It's finally over. I close my laptop after submitting my final project. My teacher nods. I nod back. My DEC in computer science Technologies is finally over. My DEC will be my foot in the door for a good work!

I got two offers from two different companies. One is a messy start up, they do not offer a OJT. The other one offer an on-the-job-training. Both of them have a vacant position.

I made all of my resumes, I updated all of my profiles to get a job as soon as possible. I looked for jobs online. More often than not, I spent time to make good impression, but because of my lack of true experience, I had no responses. A few weeks later, two companies wanted me. One was for a Back end development job and the other one was in a cyber security. They each let me one week to call them back.

I decided to continue my learning, I want to have a better income and have straight A's student attitude during my learning. The only thing is, I don't know if I want to go to university. I maybe want to do a certificate too.

I accepted the startup internship. I had a premium wage for a trainee. I got used to the office policies and passed their background check. They now want to raise my income and promote me to a real job in the company. I accepted, I'm now part of the team! I'm glad. But now they asked me to do overtime every week. I managed to pull off and got into University! I am a software engineer student now. I had to do good time management. I did not want to put aside my current job. I paid 500 bucks and assisted to the class for ASW, a cloud formation. I felt fulfillment from learning. Now that I'm done with school I wonder what should I do. Should I get my own company, or get the job at Apple I saw last week?

I decided to put my job aside and focus on my studies. The thing is I have no money coming in the bank. So, I need to make effort and try to live with the twenty-thousand I have now, or I could sell the house.

I really had to pay my mortgage, so I decided to quit my studies. Now I need to borrow money. I could find a job too. I just don't know if it should be in relation with my DEC. Or it could be as a cashier at Walmart.

I went to talk to the HR about the sexual harassment victim. They took it very seriously. They asked me many questions, they called the victim and then kicked the boss out of the company. I had a promotion later and had a really good wage. I bought a house and built a family!

I simply accepted the over time. Now the bosses like me very much. I do like 60 hours of work a week, but it's fine. I can handle it! One year later I got promoted. I'm now living my best life.

I went to the Human Resources desk and talk to them about the overtime that my bosses want me to do. I wanted them to get fired or punished for that. Instead, they told my they couldn't do anything about it and the only solution for me was to quit the enterprise. So, I did. I became a homeless, and now I am begging for money.

I didn't want to, but I had no choices, if I wanted to keep my job, I had to stay silent about the sexual harassment. Every day, I kept thinking about it. This poor woman! What I'm I doing here I said to myself. So, I decided to quit. I quit my job and found another one. This time in Cybersecurity.

The job is very nice! I enjoy it a lot. That was the real purpose of my DEC, I have a premium wage, a good retirement fund and will get a better income next year. I think I will stay in this company until I couldn't.

There is a few things that are a little maddening, but over all I enjoy my job. There is a good office politics, and I learned the ropes pretty quickly. I will stay here for years!
