When I was in Africa, I was passionate about Technology and Artificial intelligence. I enjoyed playing game and learned how they were made. I wanted a career where I could create something. My goal is to become a developer. So, I started asking myself : should I focus on studying programming seriously or should I waste my time and avoid study?

Write this part of the decided to study programming. At the beginning, learning code was very difficult for me. I had a lack of confidence because I made many mistakes in Pratik time. Sometimes, I stayed overtime to finish my assignments. With time, I improved and, I started to feel real fulfillment.

Later, I joined a group project to create a small video game. Some students were not helping enough and this caused problem. I felt alienation because I was doing too much work alone. I started to think the project was not worthwhile. We had a serious discussion and organized the work better.

I chose to continue the project. We worked harder and finished the game before the deadline. Our teacher gave us a positive feedback and said our work was worthwhile. This success abolished my fear of failure. I learned that teamwork and practice were very important in the workplace.

After, graduation, I applied for an internship in a game company. The HR recipient of my application replied quickly. They invited me for a test drive interview where I had to solve coding problems. I was nervous, but I showed my portfolio and explained my project well. They offered me on-the-job-training as a junior developer.

I accepted the internship and started my OJT in the company. During the first week, everything was stressful and new. There was a vacant position on the main development team, and I wanted it. Sometimes, I worked overtime because the projects were urgent. I knew this experience would help my future career.

One day, my supervisor asked me to fix a serious bug in the game. At first, I felt overwhelmed and had lack of confidence. I was afraid to fail and loose the opportunity. However, I stayed calm, tested the code thoroughly and found the problem. My supervisor congratulated me on my effort.

I decided to stay in the company. After several months, my manager offered me a permanent job with a better wage. They also explained salary withholding and future retirement plans. I did not longer feel alienation because I was part of a strong team. I finally felt fulfillment in my career.

I continued learning and improving my technical skills. I worked on a bigger projects and helped train new trained. I also learned how to set aside and focus on solutions. Sometimes workplace pressure was difficult, but I knew my work was worthwhile. My dream of becoming a game developer had become real.

I became a successful game developer with a stable career and good salary. I enjoyed creation projects, teamwork and financial security. I was proud because I avoided a dead-end job and followed my passion.

I realized that company life was not the best path for me. I decided to leave and start again by creating my own independent game studio. It was risky, but I wanted more freedom and creativity in my professional life.
