I recently completed my studies at Ahuntsic College and obtained a degree in Modern Languages. I am currently weighing my options and considering my next steps. I am unsure whether I should attend university or pursue my passion for dance. What should I do?

For my course, I am required to create a film that will be presented to judges and Denis Villeneuve at the end of the semester. I am currently undecided between making a romantic film or fictional film. Which option would be more suitable?

After the auditions, I was informed that I had been accepted into the group. I was overjoyed as this was a step towards fulfilling my dreams. Plus, I have the chance to either be part of a musical production or join an artist on tour. Now, I am faced with a difficult decision. Which opportunity should I pursue?

Start Solo on Social Media.

I began creating choreography and sharing it on social media. The following morning, hundreds of people had viewed my dance. I received an email from someone who complimented my dancing and offered me a well-paid project. Should I accept the offer or ignore it and continue posting on social media?

A Romantic Film.

My film received a lot of criticism, but one of the judges expressed interest in the basic idea and offered to help me improve it. While I am grateful for their support and recognition of my potential, their vision does not align with mines. Should I trust this person or follow my intuition and remake the film myself?

A Fictional Film.

My first movie received a lot of positives' reviews. Denis Villeneuve even came to see me and told me that I have a lot of potentials. I was really happy. To my surprise, he even invited me to go with him to the Cannes Film Festival. I wanted to accept, but I have classes and exams. Should I go to the Cannes Film Festival, or should I stay here for my classes and exams?

Stay in the Program.

My first session has ended, and the program that I was in was not what I expected. Therefore, I have decided to change my plans and switch to the film studies program. I am drawn to the program's focus on visual storytelling and its potential for hands-on learning experiences.

I arrived at the event. I saw several actors like Ryan Gosling, Dave Franco, Timothée Chalamet, etc. Then, Denis introduces me to the people from the industry, and I took this chance to show my portfolio, and they loved it. They even offered me the chance to participate in the making of a movie, which will be made in France. That said, should I stay in France for this grate opportunity or should I return to Canada and continue my studies?

Be Part of a Musical Production.

Upon arriving on the first day of filming, I immediately realized that I did not possess the talent that the production teams was seeking. It became clear that there had been a misunderstanding. They were not only looking for dancers, but also individuals with singing abilities. Unfortunately, after attempting to sing just one note, I was asked to leave. With no other opportunities available, I decided to take a break and attend university, where I pursued a degree in Film.

Join an Artist on Tour.

I found out I'm going to dance with Bad Bunny, my favourite singer. I thought it was a dream. I even got a premium wage because of it. Anyway, I am so grateful for this opportunity. I have become popular and know worldwide. With my passport in hand, I am ready to hop on a plane and travel and doing what I love the most.

I shouldn't have accepted the offer, it was a scam. They lied about the project. Now, I am in debt, and I am forced to work for the minimum wage in order to recover the lost money.

Luckily I ignored the email because it was a scam. But fortunately, a real dance company contacted me, and I decided to audition.

Trust the Judge.

I chose to trust this person. That said, I had to put a stop to everything because the person who wanted to help me wanted to change the concept too much, and the story had completely changed. So, I decided to go back to my original idea and improve it on my own, without their help.

I incorporate the constructive feedback I received and reworked my film. As a result, it was selected to be screened in the school auditorium due to its exceptional quality.

Stay.

I regret staying here, but I still have time to buy plane tickets for the festival. Therefore, I have decided to contact Denis and inform him that I will be attending.

Stay in France.

After finishing the movie we made in France, I had tremendous success. I became the new prodigy of the moment. I'm such a prodigy that I'll have a good retirement.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience I had because I learned so much and met so many people. However, I decided to return to Canada after this wonderful experience to continue my studies. My hard work and dedication eventually paid off, leading me to become one of the most influential figures in the film industry.
