After four years of attending cegep, I just graduated from Ahuntsic College. Now it's time to choose are next path. I always have been a straight A's student, but I didn't really like having to study. I also have this big passion for traveling around the world. While I was at school, I also had to work to pay all of my bills since I live in an apartment alone. What should I do? I could apply for a certificate at HEC for Project Management since I would like to orientate my career towards that. I could work for a few months and travel for few months. Or, I could move to Australia and start a new life.
Choice 1 : Apply for a certificate at HEC in Project Management.
Choice 2 : Work a few months and travel.
Choice 3 : Move to Australia.

I started my new program at HEC. It's been a few weeks since the beginning of the semester. I'm feeling overwhelmed by all the homework I have. I have a big exam today in my accounting class. We have to do a budget and find the break even in the situation that will be given. It stresses me out, but I'm not sure between two options to help me reduce my stress.
Choice 1 : Take a walk to HEC to clear of my mind.
Choice 2 : Take the bus to HEC, and study during the bus ride.
I've been working at this office job for a little more than two years now. I was planning on working there for 6 months after I graduated, but the atmosphere at work have been maddening. There's a lot of office politics in this company. Some employees are creating so much drama for nothing, and it's getting really heavy on myself. It's so bad I'm wondering if I should quit before six months, and go travel right away with less money or, if I should put up with this job until I finish those six months.
Choice 1 : Quit my office job right away.
Choice 2 : Stay at my office job till the end of those six months.
I moved to Australia hopping to learn a new culture, make some friends, and have some adventures. It's been two months now and everything have been great! I'm currently working at this local coffee shop where I made two good friends. The most important thing though is I don't have to deal with snow anymore. I can each day go to the beach. My friends really want me to learn how to surf since it's what people do here. I'm still not sure if I want to since I'm a bit scared. They asked me today if I wanted to go to the beach with them after work to learn how to surf. I'm not sure if I should go or not.
Choice 1 : Go to the beach.
Choice 2 : Stay at home after work.
I was having a wonderful walk. I was still stressing about my exam, but I was trying to think about other things. I was almost at school. My thoughts were getting out of control, and I wasn't even paying attention to what I was doing. I was thinking of how I have to calculate costs and debts for a business. Until I was crossing a road, and a bus came out of nowhere really fast and hit me. I died in that accident.

I studied really hard. I tried to remember everything I was able to. When I arrived at school, I felt ready. After all, I've always been a straight A's student. I went, and did that exam. It went really well. For the rest of the semester, it went really well. I'm one semester away from finishing my certificate. I learned so much about the market, marketing, trades, and management. I'm starting to think about if I should apply for another certificate or, if I should go work in my field right away after I graduate.
Choice 1 : Apply for Human Resources certificate.
Choice 2 : Start working right away in project management field.
I got accepted for a certificate in Human Resources Management. I'm so excited to start this new program. When I finish it, I'll be done with school. I will have all the knowledge I need, and I will be ready to finally start me career in the HR. I'll be able to work in a company with the employees and help them with the on-the-job-training, conflicts, compensation package and other things.

Right after my internship, they offered me a position that has a really good paycheck, and also in my field. I agreed and signed the contract. I already learned the ropes, so they won't have to de an on-the-job-training for a new employee. I was so happy, and excited to start my career with such a great job.

Here I am at the beach! My friends are so happy I finally came. They started by giving me a basic lesson on how to surf. It was actually fun. At first, it was really hard. I didn't get how to do it. After a few times, a started getting better. By the end of the day, I was doing very good for a beginner. My friends said they were going tomorrow again at some other beach close to the city. I was tired and wasn't sure if I wanted to go two days in a row.

Choice 2 : Stay at home.
I went back home after work. My friends were a little disappointed in me since they were really hopping this time I would go. I felt like I was missing out on something. Whatever, I guess this sport is not for me. I will see in the future if one day I decide to learn.

What a beautiful sunny day. Even though I was tired, I was excited to go surf again. At this beach, the waves were bigger. I was scared to go at first, but I said to myself I could do it. I started surfing on a wave when I lost control of my surfing board. I fell in the water and the wave pushed me towards a big rock. My leg hit really hard that rock. It hurt so bad I could move my leg. One of my friend's came as quickly as she could help me get out of the water. As soon as I was on the beach, they called an ambulance. My leg hurt so bad and it was bleeding. When I arrived at the hospital, they told me my leg was broken. I was sad, but at least I was still alive.

I went to see my boss and I told her I quit. I'm tired of this job, and I was starting to get sucked up in all these problems. Right after I got home, I booked the next flight for Thailand. I started packing for my trip. The next thing I know, I was on the flight ready to arrive in Thailand. I haven't booked yet a hotel. When I arrive, I'm not sure if I should go right away find a hotel that still has some rooms left or, if I should go to enjoy the rest of the day and explore the city.
Choice 1 : Find a hotel with some rooms left.
Choice 2 : Explore the city right away.
I decided to endure that job even though I hated it. I even decided to sometime do overtime to have more money. At least, I could start planning my trip outside of work until those six months pass. I know that after those six months, it's going to be worth it, and I'll have a much better trip.

I got off the plane, and I started to look for some activities to go to. I found a few of them. I chose the first one, and started to get there. My luggage was so heavy and unpleasant to carry. The day pasted so quickly, it was already the night. I started searching for a hotel with some rooms left, but I couldn't find any. I started panicking and crying because I didn't know what to do. After hours of research, I found a nasty hotel I didn't really felt comfortable to go to. It was either this, or I could sleep outside at the beach with nothing. Honestly, I didn't know what option was actually worst.
Choice 1 : Sleep at the nasty hotel.
Choice 2 : Sleep on the beach.
I arrived at the hotel, and the vibe was kind off odd. There was some scary people outside close to the entrance. I made my way to my room, and made sure to lock the door. I pasted the night hearing some weird sounds, and I felt scared. I promised myself that tomorrow morning I would immediately look for a good hotel for the rest of my trip. The next morning, that's what I did. Now I can finally enjoy my trip.

I got to the beach and found a place where there was nobody. I put my luggage right next to me. Before going there I bought a towel and a small blanket. I install them and lay down on them. I was looking at the sky, and it was so beautiful. I could see the stars. I started forgetting how scared I was. I fell asleep. The next morning I woke up, and all of my things were gone. I panicked. She gave me some money, so I could go buy myself some clothes. After all, I still have my passport and my credit cards since I slept with them in the blanket. I just need a few clothes for my vacation. I got up and went shopping with the money this nice woman gave me. Now, I will never make the same mistake again. I will always make sure to sleep at a hotel.

I packed the few things I got left and started searching for the nearest police station. Once I got there, I explained the situation. The funny thing was that they already caught the thief this morning. They kept my things in a box in case I would come and want them back. I guess that thief didn't have a lot of luck, but at least I did. I got my things and carry on with this beautiful day.
