I remember playing my first games. The first music that played in the intro that made me feel relieved. The interactive character that made me want to be. The majestic art direction that made me want to draw The amazing and fun level design made want to play more. And then, the credits in the end, that made me want to know more on how it's made. Years later, I'm no longer a gamer, but a creator. I've prototypes many games and participated in a few game jam. Now I want to go to a school and have an education what should I do?
Choice 1 : Go to a College Ahuntsic and doing something related to computer science. (DEC or Technique).
Choice 2 : Go to a school and do an AEC in video games.
By going to a college I can expend my knowledge to things related to computers. Most of the times, some of the courses aren't useful for a game developing perspective. Yet, they are still interesting and also are linked indirectly with some of the video games related field, like making a server or coding an application.
Choice 1 : Go to work immediately.
Choice 2 : Go to a University.
Choice 3 : All in for my no budget video game as a solo developer.
Issart was a school on my list if I ever wanted to do an AEC. This school is pretty known among the digital space and formed more than developer or coder, but digital artist or some other profession.
Choice 1 : Go to work immediately.
Choice 2 : All in for my no budget video game as a solo developer.
After my studies, I go to search for a job in video game development with big technologies located in Montreal. Since I went to study computer science or doing a University studies, I will surely be assigning as coder and working with the game engine directly and avoid design or modeling 2d or 3d characters.
Choice 1 : The calm journey.
Choice 2 : Go to a University.
By doing a certificate of video games, you will be only mastering the process of making a game, doing only codes related to video game and all theories related to that domain. The University in preference is UDM.
Choice 1 : Do a BAC/degree (Génie logiciel).
Choice 2 : Go to work immediately.
Choice 3 : All in for my no budget video game as a solo developer.
I go to a University to again expend my knowledge. I will study for a diploma that could potentially guarantee a job at a studio. Expending the knowing of the ''triple A'' game coding. The University in preference is ETS.
Choice 1 : Do a BAC/degree (Génie logiciel).
Choice 2 : Do a ''Certificat en jeux video'' at a University?
The requirement for this one is luck. In the best scenario possible, I can make a living with the game, that I develop during my stay at Ahuntsic, becomes an actual hit that the media praise. So, I can continue developing my games with the money made from it, or I try to start to build my first small team of developer to do more ambitious project.

I decided to make games on my own. I have all the knowledge to do it, and I motivated to make something. And yet, I wonder why I want to make games?

Choice 1 : We want to make more fun games no matter how we will end up
Choice 2 : I want to make more money no matter how the game will ed up
This could be the best scenario possible, I/we built a community where everyone and me like the games I/we made, and I successfully make a living from it. The game is praised, and I/we could be an inspiration for more passionate developer to start their journey.
Choice 1 : The end
This could be the worst scenario possible, where my/our greed affected my games, and my/our only motive was just and only making the most money from it. The community could see me/us as the worst developer that only searches money and doesn't care about video games or just straight up being hated.
Choice 1 : The end
I choose to do a BAC/degree in University for another three and four years, and after I finished I still don't know where I will end up?
Choice 1 : Go to work immediately.
Choice 2 : All in for my no budget video game as a solo developer.
