After 5 years of hard work and dedication, even though Wayne struggled a lot financially, He finally finished high school, graduated and got his high school diploma. Now, it’s time for him to choose a career path to be successful at, but He is not sure which path to take.

After obtaining his high school diploma, Wayne decide go down the college path. Mom is proud but the money will be tight. He got the choice betwen three major colleges to choose from.

He decided to apply at the Montreal Construction Trades School, the best trade school in the city. It was the easiest choice to make for Wayne because it does not require much education level. Therefore, there will be no French literature classes to stress him out. However, due to high demands in the construction field he would have to wait 2 years before being admitted.
Choice 1 : Apply for a job and work in the meantime.
Choice 2 : Go back to college.
Congratulations, after six months of constant hollering, Wayne finally started working at KFC at for a minimum wage. Unfortunately, because of the low wages, what he makes every two weeks disappear in basic needs after the long days of work facing the drudgery of the tasks that are clearly not equal to the pay. After five months, Wayne made his mind up and decide to quit as he didn't see this career path as beneficial for him. However, he always peeped his friend Joey always had the latest kicks, clothes and car, but he doesn't understand where that money coming from because he never saw him go to work nor mentioning he even has a job. By venting to him, Joey encourages Wayne to quit his job and to join him by making money alongside of him. Now, two choices are now available to Wayne.
Choice 1 : Make money with your Joey.
Choice 2 : Apply to trade school and learn a trade.
Choice 3 : Aplly to College and study.
Even though Marie-Victorin College is the college that is the closest to his house, Wayne struggled a lot with his studies as he did cursory job in almost all of his exams. Since he did not manage to pull off straight A’s as expected, Wayne was having a though time in school and failed his course three times which resulted in getting kicked out of the college. He has got to get his thought together. Now, he got two choice.
Choice 1 : College Ahuntsic.

At first, Wayne started studying as a Social Science student at Ahuntsic College. Although he was enjoying his time there, he had to pick a career that won't result in a dead-end job, and would come in handy in the future. He chose to lear Accounting.
Choice 1 : Accounting.
Wayne ended up at Montmonrency College. Although the young student was enjoying his time at the college as a full-time Social Science student, he quickly realized that this cegep was not for him as the traveling from there to home were long, packed and exhausting. On top of that, the motivation to go to class and do the assignments ran out. He slowly started to become an absentee prone student. It was overly obvious that Wayne needed to choose to study at a college near him.

Now after a couple disappointing decisions, Wayne decided to enroll back in college. From now on, he has 3 three colleges to choose from. Which one will it be.

Wayne fell for Joey’s peer pressure for you to join his crew. The wages promised are real and dirty money made will be enough for him to take care of his family for now. But, Wayne don’t seem to understand that the streets don’t forgive or forget.

It is the first semester in Wayne's Accounting College program, since the money is tight, he found himself juggling in between classes and a part-time job. Wayne got to work on his time management as his daily schedule is overwhelming and incredibly charged as his income from his part-time job his low. On the other hand, his friend Joey proposed to deliver some package for him so Wayne can earn some extra cash.
Choice 1 : focus on school

Focusing on school cost Wayne his sleep schedule. The young student been pulling off all nighters during his second semester . Wayne money is low, barely sees his family. However, his hard work paid off as his saw his grade a massing improvement all around his grades, and a professor recommends Wayne for an internship.
Choice 1 : The internship.
Wayne finally landed an internship at his local accounting firm. The pay is low, but it’s a foot in the door for him in the financing field. From now on, he got two choices. If he stays on the right path and avoid getting sucked in office politics, flirtation, sexual harassment or any other maddening behaviour in the workplace, the job will get him a job as well as a premium wage after obtaining his Accounting diploma. On the other hand, he could earn way more money if he put his skills at Joeys disposition and help him cook more books. High risk, high reward.

As he learns the ropes, network and hopes it pays off for him, the drudgery of the hard days at work that he faced is maddening. The days were slow and Wayne was overwhelmed by the repetitive tasks faced on the daily. Luckily, his boss noticed his work ethic and offered him an on the job training for an assistant spot. However, even an intern is not safe from the drama in the workplace.

Joey had him test drive deliveries for some suspicious packages, but Wayne did not have time for questions. He really needed that cash spontaneously, so he did whatever Joey planned for him. The extra cash comes in handy but a background checks at his internship job flags some suspicious activity relating to the deposits, HR starts asking questions. He lost credibility as well as his internship. Wayne Carter decided to continue work for him despite losing a long career opportunity because he was getting paid.

Wayne got promoted from an intern to having a role as a trainee/assistant in the office. Unfortunately, politics in the workplace are brutal for his detriment as his manger plays favorite and the supervisor using his position of power to flirts and harassing sexually young interns. Wayne found himself stuck at this moral dilemma.

After an in-depth review of Wayne’s request, the good news is the perpetrators in the work environment are finally gone for good now. The bad news? Now the team sees him as a snitch. The gossips worsen day by bay, the alienation of the employees made every shift mentally difficult. Then, as he was losing all hope, a new vacant position opens in the finance department, it might be far away, but it is a real opportunity to start off his career. The compensation package is only available if the employee is able to meet the requirements. Which includes long overtime hours that can results in lack of balance between his job and his personal life.

Choice 2 : Take a break from the work life.
Because Wayne decided to close an eye on the ongoing misconduct in the workplace, he has been able to stay under the radar just enough to pull of small frauds. The income is worthwhile, but then he felt guilty as paranoia settles in. Scared that he might get caught, Wayne quits his job to work in a warehouse, a dead-end job.

After going through a lot of leg work, the young intern finally saw himself excelling in every aspect. Sacrificing the personal job was tiring, but in the end of the internship, the firm rewarded him with pension and equity. After working in the field for 7 years, Wayne retired miss Carter, his mother, debt-free and pay for his sister college tuition.

All these long hours working as an intern, left Carter overwhelmed. He could not deal with the stress fast enough to whenever it overwhelms him. So, he decides to request a leave of absence and set aside the work environment for a bit. However, his new boss would consistently question his drive of work as the young intern was struggling to manage his time and adapt to the new work ethic. Without time management, Wayne Carter would fall behind in major projects. Due to his poor performance, the internship program ends with no job for him. After obtaining his degree, he struggled to get employed in that field. Young Carter had no choices but to pursue and settle for a dead-end job.

Wayne showed no mercy when it came to dealing with these punks. He made sure to make an exemple out of anybody trying to mess with him. Because of that, The young man earned a reputation in the streets early making a name for himself. Joey had to promote him. The premium wage helped him to set aside a little bit of cash for his family, but it wasn’t enough.

Wayne’s credibility in the streets took a huge toll as nobody respected his authority. Joey called his childhood friend weak and lost respect after he showed a little bit of compassion. The same drug dealer that Carter showed compassion for, snitched on him to the cops a week later. Now, without even knowing, the feds are watching him.
Choice 1 : Gain more power.
Either way, Wayne started really making a name for himself, gaining influence, making connections, burning bridges. Unfortunately, as he keeps getting deeper into it, more he gets paid. Before he knows it, he started getting ten thousand dollar a week, but it comes with a drawback that is constant danger, because other guys noticed too and want what he have.
Choice 1 : Expansion.
Choice 2 : Exit plan.
Wayne realized that he was way too deep into that street life to get back into living a regular life again. Getting paid ten thousand dollars a week comes with a major drawback that is constant danger. So, he decided to maximize his income by expanding his business territory and recruited younger guys to take over more blocks as his clientele grew. Unfortunately, rival gangs took notice as their benefice were being minimized. It did not take them long to act. One day, while Carter was standing outside smoking, four man hopped out an all black Sudan and spayed him with bullets. Wayne was severely wounded and the damages were lethal. The nurses did their best, but he was long gone.

Wayne became paranoid as he was stressing, trying to find a way to make his money look legit. He decided to open up a car wash business in a quest to find fulfillment in an attempt to leave the streets behind or to cover his suspicious activities. Wayne was trying to avoid the perpetrator cycle of jail or death. He is looking for an escape as he was trying to abolish his past, but unfortunately the withholding of his crimes severely hinders every opportunity. Even though he ground through the ins-and-outs of this street life and had money, he felt trapped and exhausted always found himself worried about the Feds watching him. He was right. On a random night, him and his friend Joey as well as 45 more gang members got indicted for trafficking illegal substances and hosting whole network of drug trafficking. Joey snitched on him and had to do five years incarcerated, plus three years of probation. When came to Wayne, he never got to see his family again. Joey paid to get him assassinated before his retrial.
