I just finished high school in the middle of a pandemic who made my last year of high school a living hell. Half of my courses were online, I had no real graduation ceremony and, worst of all, I had no prom! I am very discouraged regarding my future and, I am just fed up with all of that. I have no idea of what I want to do in life. Should I apply at a minimum wage job in a grocery store or follow my friends and apply with them at Maisonneuve College in a random program?
Choice 1 : Apply at Super C in your neighborhood.
Choice 2 : Apply at Maisonneuve College.

I got the job as a cashier! I am really proud of myself for finally getting a job and overcoming my fears. It’s now almost a year later and my mom is pressuring me to at least apply in some college program. She does not want me to work for a low income in a dead-end job and, I think that I am probably worth more than that too. What should I do?
Choice 1 : Decide to apply at Ahuntsic College in Social Sciences.
Choice 2 : Continue working at Super C.
I applied at Maisonneuve and everything seemed to go well except that I felt that this decision had no purpose. After some time, I felt that my studies were meaningless so, I dropped out and decided to work in a corporate job. My drive of work was missing. I ended up working for a company with barely any office politics which led to corruption being ingrained in the company. The work environment made me dread going to work every day but, I couldn’t quit because I thought I had no other opportunities. I retired with a minimum pension and finished my days thinking about the bad decisions I made in my life that led to this.
Choice 1 : Start again.
I decided to go for the psychology profile. I had some sociology, anthropology, politics and psychology courses. All of them where so interesting and, I scored almost straight A’s in all of my courses! I thought at that moment that I would definitely go to university in a field related program. But, the more semesters passed, the more I became unsure of what to do and maybe a program about marketing or finance would have suited me more. And, I remembered my mom talking about her dream that never came true of selling houses. I thought it seemed so fun! It’s now time to for the inscription at university. What should I do?
Choice 1 : Apply at university anyway.
Choice 2 : Apply for the real estate program.
After some time, I moved out and got a small apartment. I couldn’t afford much because of my low income and struggled to eat. Because of the repetitive job, I had no fulfillment what so ever and became depressed. One day, a strange man at the bus stop noticed I looked sad and, he offered me some pills that he said would help me feel better. Should I take his offer or run for my life?
Choice 1 : Take the pills home.
Choice 2 : Run to the other side of the street.
I took the pills when I arrived home. I had a psychosis and jumped out of my window! I died….
Choice 1 : Start again.
I ran without looking around me and got hit by a car! I died….
Choice 1 : Start again.
I applied in their Psychology program. The courses were difficult and, I didn’t recognize myself with the grades I was scoring. At the end of the first trimester, right before my final exams, some friends of a friend where having a party and at this point, I had nearly nothing to lose. Should I go to the party or stay in my student dorm and study?
Choice 1 : I should go to the party.
Choice 2 : I should stay in my dorm alone to study.
I applied at Maisonneuve College where the real estate agent program was available and got accepted after weeks of waiting! I was very happy! Even though the training lasted longer then I thought and time management was very difficult with a part-time job, I passed the final exam! It’s now time to choose for which company I’m going to work for.
Choice 1 : Apply at ReMax.
Choice 2 : Go for Proprio Direct.
Everything was going well! I was having a lot of fun, I was drinking and smoking with friends when we heard some police sirens blasting in front of the door! Everybody started to get really scared and agitated! I was being thrown left and right. What should I do?
Choice 1 : Try to escape.
Choice 2 : Stay inside because I did nothing wrong anyway.
I decided to study at my dorm. The timing was perfect because my roommate was gone and that meant I could blast on some music while studying. Then, the door opened but, I didn’t hear it because of the music. Suddenly, I felt a sharp pain on my left side. My crazy ex was stabbing me! I died at the hospital and nobody had even found the killer….
Choice 1 : See what would’ve happened if I had gone to the party.
I ran out the back door like everybody else but with my vision and other senses impaired because of all the drinking and smoking, I lost everybody else and couldn’t find my way home. After a couple of minutes, I saw a small alley and thought I recognized it. It was the alley that leads to the back of the dorms! I was half down the alley when suddenly, I got face to face with a big shadow and fell down. The last thing I know, I get stabbed and bleed out. I died….
Choice 1 : Start again.
A dozen of police officers quickly took control of the few people remaining in the house. They made us all get down on the floor and handcuffed us which I thought was pretty strange because that was only a normal university students party like they probably were seeing every weekend. I was very confused. The police officers suddenly picked me up and took me to a patrol car and, they wouldn’t answer any of my questions. I found out later that a murder had occurred at the party upstairs and, they thought I was the murderer! I ended up in jail and died of old age there….
Choice 1 : Start again.
I got hired on the spot as a real estate agent! I got a permanent job after a couple of months of learning the ins-and-outs of the job more in depth like doing inspections of properties, writing contracts, filling them out, writing professional e-mails, soliciting buyers and sellers, listing proprieties online and making it cute. My boss even had put me on a big project and offered me a promotion! I was the youngest to be so productive and made over $90,000 in the first year and got my dream apartment! I was so fulfilled in what I was doing. I loved my job and helping clients achieve their big projects. After a couple of years on the job, some mortgage brokers from another affiliated branch I was collaborating with approached me with a dark offer… They wanted to involve me into the theft of some assets of the company by manipulating clients into accepting a sale rate that was way too high. They said it would more than double my income but apart from being totally illegal, it is immoral! What should I do?
Choice 1 : Involve in corruption.
Choice 2 : Refuse their offer and cut them off.
I got the job and was very excited to start my new journey as a trainee in this company! Everybody was so kind and welcoming! They made me feel safe! After a few weeks of OJT, one of the employees who was tutoring me was being a little insistent. He was always staring at me awkwardly, he was a bit to flirty and touchy for me. What should I do about that?
Choice 1 : Report him to HR.
Choice 2 : Do nothing about it.
I reported my perpetrator to the human resources department and, they took my complaint in charge. The man got spoken to and adjusted his behaviour but got fired not long after for being accused of corruption. Although he was gone, I didn’t felt safe no more in that environment and decided to have hope in another company. I applied to ReMax shortly after.
Choice 1 : Apply at ReMax instead.
I was too shy to speak up about the sexual harassment I was undergoing. But, one day, I had enough courage to address the issue to the man in question. Unfortunately, he laughed it off in my face… I had enough. I flipped him off and decided to walk out of the door to pursue my plan B which was to apply at ReMax.
Choice 1 : Apply at ReMax.
For a couple of years, I made a lot of money but something wasn’t feeling right… The money was attractive but wasn’t honest. But, I was too involved in this to quit without my associates noticing and find me back to get revenge. At this point, we were talking about millions and millions of dirty money navigating left and right in different bank accounts and traded for cryptocurrency or gold every year. I was becoming more and more scared of getting arrested. At this time, my husband’s family lived in Miami and, he kept talking about wanting to move there with them. I thought this may be an escape. Should I drop everything and move to the US or continue making big money illegally while being paranoid?
Choice 1 : Start my life over in Miami.
Choice 2 : Keep on being involved in corruption.
I refused their offer and kept on focusing on my career. I became way more than financially independent but most importantly, I was happy doing my job. I got a beautiful house in the suburbs, I shopped for clothing every weekend, I went to expensive restaurants way more often than I should’ve and, eventually became a self-employed real estate agent. I loved my job so much that even after 60, I did not retire. I kept on doing contracts from times to times.
Choice 1 : See what would’ve happened if I had Involved in corruption.
After moving with my husband to Miami, we got a small villa on a hill next to the sea with the money I had saved. I had cut everyone from my life including friends which was hard but, I had no other choices because the people who was involved in corruption with me could find me at any time… I started my life over and bought a small dealership in downtown Miami from an old man. I got everything rebuild and cute and, I began selling old collector cars that me and my husband’s family were bringing back by boat from Cuba. I had a lot of free time. I was shopping, drinking cocktails on the beautiful beaches, made new friends and lived happily ever after.
Choice 1 : Start again.
I kept on with this big secrets for a couple of months. One day, I woke up from people busting through my door! The police was arresting me for embezzlement and extortion! I got locked up for 25 years, lost all of my friends, family and, money. When I got out, I became homeless and died a few years later from drug abuse.
Choice 1 : See what would’ve happened if I had moved to Miami.
