I have just finished high school, and I can’t make a choice for the college I want to go after I graduate. The only thing that makes them different for me is the distance from home. It either Montmorency College or Lionel-Groulx College.

Choice 1 : Montmorency College.

Choice 2 : Lionel-Groulx College.

Montmorency College.

Montmorency College is not that far from my house, but there is a lot of traffic. None of my friends is going there, but they have some interesting program like a DEC/BAC in business management or Natural Science. Which one should I choose?

Choice 1 : DEC/BAC Business Management.

Choice 2 : Natural Sciences.

Lionel-Groulx College.

Lionel-Groulx College is next to my house and I know a lot of people who choose this College. I don’t know if I should go in Social Sciences or in Business Management.

Choice 1 : Business management.

Choice 2 : Social Science.

DEC/BAC Business Management.

Montmorency College is the only College that offers this program. It's like the normal Business Management program, but it's faster and intense. Instead of doing 3 years of CEGEP and 3 years of university, I only did 2 years of CEGEP and 2 years of university. In 4 years, I finished school. Now I wonder if I should go to university to specialize myself more or to find a job.

Choice 1 : University again.

Choice 2 : Working.

Natural Sciences.

I have never been a straight A's student, and I always had difficulties in school but since I did my math, my chemistry and my physic in high school, I thought it would be a great idea.

Choice 1 : Natural Science result.

Business management.

This Business Management program is longer than the one they propose at Montmorency College, its 3 years and after, I don't know if I should go to university or just start my career.

Choice 1 : Apply To University.

Choice 2 : Find A Job.

Social Science.

I have never been good at history and in society classes but this is the program most people go to when they don't know what they want to do with their lives.

Choice 1 : Social Science Result.

University again.

After I finished my 4-year program, and went again to university I knew I liked this field, but I needed a break, so I thought I could participate in a volunteering abroad program or start directly my own business.

Choice 1 : Volunteering Abroad.

Choice 2 : Start My Own Business.

Working.

I have been now working for the same company for 60 years now, and I am ready to retire and live off my pension. I wish I had created my own business, but I still was happy working in this job. Try again.

Natural Science result.

I ended up not doing well in school and failing all of my classes, so I decided to drop out. Try again!

Social Science Result.

This Program was clearly not for me. I failed all of my classes, and I think I should explore more options to find what I really want to do with my life. Try again!

Since I only have a DEC, I want to learn more about this field of study, and I wonder if I should specialize in Human Resources or take some Business classes.

In fact, I didn’t need to go to university to find a job. I got one as a Marketing event promoter, and at first I was happy. After 2 years, I found out this business was doing corruption, and they threat their employees, so they don’t tell anyone. I left and never came back after. Try Again!

Volunteering Abroad.

Volunteering Abroad was one of the best and in-depth experience of my life. It was an invaluable feeling of helping people stuck in a dead-end country with a lot of problems. Now I am ready to go back and find what I want to do with my life.

I developed my own company of clothing, and accessories, and I am now a very successful woman. I love the way my life turned out, and I am very proud of myself.

Clearly I did not like this field of study, but apparently I was good because I got a job offer for an HR job. Either I accept the job, and do something I don’t like, or I can create my own business. What should I do?

After I graduated from university with all my business classes done, I knew I learned enough to start my own business, but I was scared I didn’t have enough experience, so I don’t know if I should start my business or get more experience working in a similar job.

Work Somewhere I Don’t Like.

I realized that even if the wage was good, I can’t keep a job I am not happy in. I did some OJT and learns the ins-and-outs and still I knew it was not my dream job. Try again!

I created one of the best businesses in the country with one of my friends and I get the chance to see her every day and do my dream job every day. This is definitely the best decision I took in my life, and I am very happy about it.

I found a job as a CEO of a huge enterprise in the United- States and I get to travel and work at the same time. It’s entertaining, and I talk to a lot of different people every day.
