Choosing a college after high school.

After my last year in high school where I had straight A's, I was uncertain about my next step. I thought about going abroad to acquire useful knowledge while having the chance to learn a whole new language. Though, I was also thinking about the possible internships related to many fields, I had a field of study in mind. After a long reflexion, I decided to put aside those invaluable ideas to ingrain myself in higher studies. Now ingrained in my thoughtful idea I am now stuck between my two bias.

Choice 1 : Ahuntsic college.

Choice 2 : Montmorency college.

It is a big high school with large windows and red brick walls. There is trees in front and a path for cars.

Ahuntsic college.

I couldn't resist a college that offers so many choices of studies! Like I said before, I had an idea of where I wanted to go. Criminology was my only interest, not even romance could attract me that much. Maybe, I was just being a big nerd passionate about some weird stuffs. So, for about three full years of in-depth studies and a maddening time-management, I pulled off the course. I've finally graduated from criminology! How happy I was that I could break from the realm of education and join for good the work life. I had two interests. One was to be part of the social services and the other one was to be part of justice. I have to decide.

Choice 1 : The health and social services.

Choice 2 : The law enforcement.

It's one one the entry to the college. There is a red board where is wrote down the name of the college. The walls are beige and there is a lot of huge widows.

Montmorency college.

What a beautiful thing as psychology! Learning about mental health, and how to spot it, and treat it! Really all of those years I had to spend at that college only to graduate to be able to make it in my dream profession! For now, I am still questioning myself about if I should work in educational place or having my own clinic. What should I do?

Choice 1 : School and universities.

Choice 2 : Private practice.

The law enforcement.

I knew that all of those times I watched documentaries on serial killers and all types of criminals was meant for something! Well, I can't help that I am fascinated by how they brain work and how bad they mental health is for them to be a threat for society. As I explore this domain, I found a place where I wish I could be part of.

Choice 1 : Police departments.

Law enforcement

Working with delinquents.

I knew that working with young fellows with problems was not going to be easy nor only about misconduct, sexual harassment and theft. To my biggest surprise, one of the youngsters I was in charge didn't just steal, that boy steal assets from a big company! I am currently flabbergasted in front of my working desk. When he came in today, he told me a plan he had and try to bribe me because he wanted my help for that plan. This was the worst plan he could ever think of! So, I deter him for doing any worse action, and to bribe me. I didn't have any intention to get suck up in that mess, I'm only here to help him, not to commit a literal crime! Although I couldn't lie that his proposition intrigued me, what to do?

Choice 1 : Staying loyal to my duties.

Choice 2 : Commit the crime

This is a delinquent

Working in an agency.

No way that it can be that overwhelming! I just became a trainee, and I am already at the end of my life! I did my best to learn the ropes while on-the-job-training, but I was overwhelmed. I understood really fast why they're so many vacant positions! Due with all my respect, this job is way to stress easily. Some of the workers undermine they clients. I can't take it, I need my therapist!

Choice 1 : Try again (people are way to stressful!)

Staying loyal to my duties.

I just got that job. I was not going to trow it away for some sick and twisted crime! I more often than not did heavy background check on this delinquent. He was pretty normal, just a bit messed up in the head. That is when I came in handy. We worked to understand what was his troubles. In the end, we manage to find a great solution!

Choice 1 : The end (That's the only right answer)

A little crime doesn't hurt, does it?

Well, after making a whole plan to steal some money from a local shop, we prepare ourselves. At the local shop, the vendor was going to call the cops when he saw us stealing all the money without any guns. So, I gave him a jab than a left hook to show him that even without guns I can still steal. The young fellow was amazed, I was proud. Even if we commit successful robbery, we still manage to end up in a police car. I guess we forgot to threaten the civil in the shop. I lost my job, and end up in jail.

Choice 1 : Try again (Really? What do you mean commit a crime?!)

A crime where a man is killing another man.

School and universities.

I can't lie, I did really love my years in school while I was studying psychology. Students, and teachers were extremely supporting and emphatic! They were always there when you needed them! They made it easier to learn and to enjoy even more psychology. That is why I decided to work in the educational system. The only question was where would I work, with the students or do research?

Police departments.

It is not that bad, but it is not the best. They are days that go smoothly and other days that are just a pain. Most criminals that I had encounter are truly aggressive, but some of them I quite well-mannered. It really depends on what type of criminal I will be dealing with.

Choice 1 : The end (It is a normal end)

A police department where policemen are standing in front of the police station.

After many years of offering counseling services, I ended up being the one who needed therapy. I couldn't bear all of those creepy traumas stories, and all of they mental illness! I think I am no longer going to be able to sleep at night.
