I just finished my Grade 11 at André Laurendeau High School. But now, I'm really confused about what I should do next for my academic future. I wanted to become a police officer and study Police Technology at Ahuntsic College. In the other hand, I could join the army and enrolled for my country. I don't know what I should choose. Should I go in Police Technology, join the army, or maybe go to Social Science and wait a little.

I've got accepted in Police Technology! I can officially start my journey as a future police officer. When I am done after three years of study, and ENPQ, I'll need to choose between SQ or SPAL. The SQ is a good thing, if I want to move around Quebec and see other cities. But, there's also Longueuil Police that is nearby to where I live, and I could stay around my friend and family.

Wrong choice... It's really far from where my family is, and I don't feel safe. I don't like this environment, and I want to come closer to where I'm from. Also, the job is really boring up there.

I've been able to get the job for the SPAL. I'm really excited to start a career as a police officer for the city that I'm from. I want to start as a patrol officer, but eventually I want to work as a SWAT member. A couple years later, I've received an offer to be a SWAT officer. Should I take it, or should I stay a patrol officer?

It is what you've always wanted to do as a police officer! The job is stressful, but is full of adrenaline, and this is what you are looking for. I'll do this job for a couple years and then retire happy because I did what I loved.

Now that I've been a patrol officer for a couple of years, I know every tips-and-tricks of the job. I know my worth and I want to have an on-the-job-training to pursue my professional career. That would give me extra money on my patrol officer salary. Should I ask for it or stay at my job?

I'm happy with my job, but I know deep inside that I could've done better. I didn't reach my full potential as an employee. Still, I really love my job and I'll retire happy.

After my on-the-job-training, I got promoted! I'm now a supervisor, and I can control my own team of police officer. I knew I was able to accomplish my goals. Now, I have a better job, a better salary, and I'll retire with better benefits.

Army.

I joined the Canadian Army. I just finished my 10 weeks of preparation. I have done a lot of physical tests, and I've learned a lot about the tactics behind the job. That's definitely what I want to do in my life. It'll keep my in good shape, and I'll earn a lot of benefits from it. Now, it's time to choose which side that I want to work for. The navy force or the land force?

Unfortunately, it's too late for me... On my first mission on the ocean, I slipped, and drowned. I guess it was not meant to be for me. I should've done something else.

I joined the Land Force. I really like both sides of the job, the physical side and mental side. But after a couple months, I start being overwhelmed by all the screaming and sleepless nights. I want to quit, but I don't know where I should go. I think about going back to school. Should I go do my Police Technology or Social Sciences?

I decided to take it easy for now and went in Social Sciences at Edouard-Monpetit College, my hometown CEGEP. The classes are very easy for me and I could have a really good R score. But I met new people in Economy class, and they are partying a lot. Should I party with them to get accepted or work hard enough to do what I want in University?

It is so much fun! Every weekend, I get to experience every type of parties and drink a lot of alcohol. Plus, I'm still young, so I can keep doing it for a long time. On the other hand, my grades are going downhill because I don't study at all. Should I give myself a heads up and start studying now before it's too late, or I wait and continue to have fun?

Yeah! I've worked hard enough for finally having good grades and a good R score. I made the right choice. Now, I know that my grades are good enough to get accepted in psychology in university. I don't know which one though. Should I go to McGill, Concordia, or UDeS.

I went too far... I partied a lot, and I neglected school. I took bad decisions, and I need to live with them. I think I should drop out of school after all, it's not for me. I'll go work at my local McDonald's and try to save money for an apartement.

I've got accepted in psychology! Now, I need to choose what type of psychology I want to do. I really like sports and the idea behind it. But I also like helping people with their daily-basis problem, or even bigger problems. Should I go in Sports Psychology or Human Psycholoogy?

It is really fun! I like it a lot because now, I understand athletes in a way that I always wanted to be understood. I can now help young and old athletes with their mental health on the field. This job is definitely for me.

It's fine. I understand people way better than before, and I can help them now. The only issue here is that I don't have any motivation to work because it is not related to anything that I really enjoy. I'm thinking about going in Sports Psychology, or stay and live like that. What should I do?

Concordia University.

This school is definitely not for me. People are mean, the teachers are rude, the atmosphere around the University is toxic. This place is not for me, and I want to change school. Should I try McGill University or try UDeS?

The program is good. People are really nice here, and I can pursue my academic career in French. There is a part of me that is sure not about what I want to do next. The other part of me wants to try Human Psychology to help people because that's what I wanted when I grew up. What should I do?
