Help me make the right decisions to become a police officer. I am starting elementary school. Should I stay in my neighborhood school or go to the music program that was offered to me?

I started my technical studies at John Abbott College. I didn’t have too much trouble fitting in, but I quickly realized that I had too much difficulty in English and that continuing at this college would be too difficult for me.

I finally found the college for me. I was able to complete my studies well, and I successfully completed the national police school. I am now faced with two choices. Goes work for the police on the provincial level or go work for a municipality police service.

I am now employed as a provincial police officer. Everything was going great until I realized that the commander wanted to send me far away from home. So, I ended up losing everything and being unhappy.

Everything is going really well at the Longueuil agglomeration police department, I have been working there for years now, and the commander is offering me a position either as director or lieutenant.

I started my position as director, and I realized that everyone was divided, people worked individually rather than in teams, so it was not a good working atmosphere, and I left the position.

I start working as a lieutenant, and I realize that there is a lot of bickering and bullying in the police department. People put others down to get better positions, and don’t give me my chance, I leave.

I ended up joining the Montreal polices city department, I really liked the atmosphere and the people I worked with. After a few years already, I had the choice between staying on the patrol or becoming an investigator.
