Help me make the right decisions to become a police officer. I am starting elementary school. Should I stay in my neighborhood school or go to the music program that was offered to me?

Everything is going really well at the Longueuil agglomeration police department, I have been working there for years now, and the commander is offering me a position either as director or lieutenant.

I started my position as director, and I realized that everyone was divided, people worked individually rather than in teams, so it was not a good working atmosphere, and I left the position.
