After my studies at The Montreal University in accounting, I had to do an on the job training. At first, this seemed rather interesting to me because nothing beats real job experience to learn a profession. As a trainee, I learned how to enter the transactions of the company I worked with and became familiar with the ins-and-outs of preparing records. They also showed me how to make good financial reports, witches will be very useful for my future job. This experience also helped me a lot on a social level, which should not be neglected. One drawback of the training was the low starting wage, but I knew it was just part of my building experience. In short, it was an experience that I will never forget.

While I was working as an accountant, my manager was very aggressive and rude with us. One day, when I was ready to leave after an 8-hour shift, I saw my manager flirting with a girl that was working with me. When I saw this misconduct, I was completely shocked. After the incident, I asked the girl if she was fine, and she responded with fear. I then understood that it was a sexual harassment. The girl said to me that the manager was doing that every day of work. I then called the police to tell them about this unacceptable misconduct. The police arrested the manager. After this incident, I was proud of myself because I add enough courage to call the police even if I risked my job.

Go to Evangéline.

When I searched about the school, I had the opportunity to play in a football tournament. For me, it was a very good opportunity to win some money but also to have fun by playing my favourite sport. But one day, one of my teammates saw the boss of the organization that was preparing the tournament giving some extra money to some referees. First, he was not convicted about what was going on but when they saw my teammate they immediately said to him please don’t say it to other people. He said to them that this was incorrect, but they tried to give him money for him to keep it a secret between them. He was shocked, so he came to me and told me every ting. I then said it to our team’s managers and complained about this corruption and the tournament was postponed. Finally, I feel proud about telling this to my coach because this was incorrect and an unacceptable behaviour. And this is for this reason that I decided to not go to Evengéline.
