I decided to go to college to pursue higher education. My first goal was to get straight A's, and to achieve that, I had strict time management. I didn't really have a lot of time for myself or to enjoy time with my friends, but I really needed good grades to get into my program at university and land my dream job. After all these efforts, I was able to get good grades in all of my courses. The results came in, and I received acceptance letters from my two dream universities. Now, I have the opportunity to continue my studies or drop out.

I'm literally living a dream in a new city, and everything seems exciting. Suddenly, my dad calls me and tells me that my dog got hit by a car and died. Pookie had been with me forever; we grew up together, and I'm so sad about it. My dad offers me the chance to come back to Montreal to say goodbye to Pookie, but if I do, I will have to let my session down.

My choice was very clear, I couldn't let Pookie down. So, I packed my stuff and took my care to drive to my house. My dog was already dead when I arrived, but I am really happy to be there with him on his last moment. I didn't finish my studies in Social Sciences and I start working a regular job.
