It all started like this.

Luc was heading home after celebrating is Senior Night with his family and friends, an event where the school's organization congratulates all the seniors that were members of the sports team for their dedication and perseverance throughout their high school journey. He loved it but is also a bit stressed, because everybody had been asking him about his future plans. But Luc still doesn't know what to do because he is also the eldest child of his family and has recently realized that his family is facing a lot of difficulties paying rent. Luc is considering several options for his future:

Choice 1 : Go to College/University.

Choice 2 : Start working .

Go to College/University.

Luc decides to pursue his studies on the next level: going to college first and then to University. Luc thinks that the knowledge he will gain will help him in the future and that continuing his studies will open doors to give him more opportunities. He also hopes to get a basketball scholarship by playing with the Vanier Cheetahs, a college team that his near home. Luc wants to join the Cheetahs because of their visibility, they also have a lot of University coaches in contact with their program, but his also tempted to go to the USA because he hopes to get a scholarship, that will help him and his family to ease their financial burden but the school that gives the best scholarships are far from his hometown. He also considered working part-time while studying to support his family financially.

Start working .

Luc chooses to work immediately to support his family's finances. Luc has a cousin that can help him to get a job at the airport quickly, but it will be minimum salary because his cousin works at an agency that his finding jobs for people at the airport. His plan is to help his mother to pay the rent and maybe after that, he will try to get back to college.Luc could also if he wants to get a job that can pay way more leave his hometown and get a job like taking care of old people because working as a patient care attendant will pay him way more than at the airport.

Luc decides that the best option is to stay close to home and to attend a local college.By choosing this option he can stay close to his family. He's also thinking of getting a part-time job while studying to help his family's finances. Luc is also thinking about joining the Vanier Cheetahs College basketball team, but the coach already told him that working, playing basketball and studying is really hard, so he recommends him to choose which one to let. So now Luc has to choose to focus on basketball or to start working part-time while studying.

Attend the University of California.

Luc decides to pursue the opportunity of going to the U.S by joining the University of California basketball team. This College team has a lot of visibility and their basketball program also could get a full paid scholarship to Luc in a few months if Luc plays well. But moving to California presents a lot of new challenges like the fact that paying the mortgage there is really expensive, also adapting to a different environment and getting better with the team to try getting the full scholarship. Now Luc has to decide to start working to pay mortgage or try to get a full scholarship.

Start working at the airport.

Luc decides to take the job at the airport to start earning money as soon as possible. So he asked his cousin for help to get the job and in just a few days he got the job to work at Air Canada. Luc also meets his new boss, Marcus, who is really nice with him. Mr Marcus also presented Luc to the whole Air Canada members and introduced him to his trainer, a young woman named Sarah. Sarah trained him for three consecutive days, and they really had fun together.Sarah is the same age as Luc and has the same schedulers. Sarah is starting to have feelings for Luc and starts showing it to him after a few weeks. Luc faces a choice: should he start dating Sarah or explain to her that it's not the right moment for him to get into relationship because he's already trying to stay focus on his studies and work?

Start working as a patient care attendant.

Luc decides to become a patient care attendant, a job that pays way more than working at the airport. He has a friend named Amine who is working already as a patient care attendant for two years and his the one who helped Luc to get this job. But before Amine helped Luc to get the job first him explained that this work is really challenging but rewarding. Rewarding in two ways the first one is for sure the salary and secondly his to realise every day the positive impact he has on old people. By working as a patient care attendant, Luc can gain a lot of money to provide for his family and save for is future projects. But after working there for a few weeks Luc's cousin called him to tell him that his mom is really missing him even though she doesn't want to tell him and now his cousin is offering him again a position at the airport but has a manager. Luc must decide whether to continue working as a patient care attendant or explore the possibility of returning to the airport for a management position that has recently opened up.

Focus on basketball.

Luc decides to join the Vanier Cheetahs College basketball team, hoping to secure a scholarship and advance his athletic career. Luc joins the Vanier Cheetahs with two other teammates from his high school. The new team welcomes them, and Luc quickly start taking an important position in the team. However, success always comes with a lot of hate and jealousy. One of the veterans of the team called Dibo is giving a hard time to Luc because he thinks the coach is giving too much playing time to Luc for a rookie. The coach saw jealousy from Dibo to Luc and tries to explain to him that he thinks Luc can become a great leader for their organization. But it looks like Dibo doesn't want that to happen so the coach already tells Luc to be careful with Dibo. He must decide whether to try to make Dibo feel important so he can no longer be jealous of him or to just ignore Dibo and just get better at Basketball.

Luc decides to start working immediately to pay the mortgage in California. He finds a job at a Hilton Hotel not far from where Luc lives, he works there at night cleaning the dusty rooms. Working at night is a pretty challenging task because it demands that Luc must work even sometimes after a long day at school or after practice. One day, while working Luc finds in one of the hotel rooms a mysterious envelope. Inside the envelope, he finds ten thousand dollars in cash. Now, Luc has to decide if he keeps the envelope or gives it to his superior.

Choice 2 : Give the envelope to his superior.

Get a full scholarship.

It's the end of the season and all Luc's efforts finally were worth it because he receives a full scholarship to the University of California after impressing Marcus and all the other basketball coaches with his skills and his unique dedication. Luc called his mom to give her the good news and she was really proud of him even though she missed her son. Marcus explains to Luc that the scholarship will pay all Luc'sliving expenses and pay for all of his studies. Now that it's the end of the season Luc is thinking if he should stay in California or return to his hometown for vacation to be closer to his family.

Luc proposed to Sarah to go to have some fun at the Old Port of Montreal after work, and she directly accepted. So after work, Luc and Sarah went to the Old Port, and they had a wonderful time knowing more about each other. During their little time outside, Sarah saw one of her exes and got into a little altercation with him but Luc was there for her. After that, Luc brought Sarah safely back home and comforted her again. That truly touched Sarah's heart, and she expressed it to Luc. Now Luc has the choice to express himself to Sarah or to wait for another time.

Sarah, even she was really disappointed, appreciates Luc's honesty and supports his decision. She expresses her admiration for his dedication and promises wants to stay friends, hoping that maybe one day, their ways may align together forever. Now Luc is facing another choice to maintain a close friendship with Sarah or to just focus on work and on his studies.

Luc accepts the management position at the airport. The job offers a way better pay then working as a patient care attendant. On his first day, Luc meets his new boss called Malik, who helps Luc transition smoothly into his new role. Despite the demanding schedule, Luc enjoys the dynamic environment and the sense of accomplishment that comes with his new managerial duties. But Luc has manager thinks that Malik is not giving a good example to the other workers because is always letting food everywhere at work on his desk and everywhere. Now, Luc is facing another choice to tell Malik about his concerns or to just ignore it.

Luc decides to stay in California, he wants to visit a bit because he didn't really have the chance to visit because during the season his a little busy with basketball and school. He visits some historical places, and it's the first time that Luc can relax a bit for a long time. Luc got a call from one of his brothers while visiting the city. Luc's brother told him that soon it will be there little sister's birthday and that it would be a good opportunity for them to reunite. Now, Luc is facing another choice to attend his little sister's birthday or to continue visiting California.

Make Dibo feel important.

Luc decides to address Dibo's jealousy by making him feel important in the team. He tries to talk to Dibo. Over time, Dibo's attitude towards Luc softens, and they start to talk together. This approach improves there team cohesion and also proves that Luc can really become a great leader in there organisation. Now, Luc is facing another choice to continue investing in their team relationships or to focus more on his personal growth and performance.
