But the pain gets worse every day, and your friend tells you that you have to go back to Canada to check what is going on with your health. You don't want to go because you love this place, and you enjoy helping the kids, but you feel so sick at the same time. You're sad, and you have to make a choice quickly.

You feel like you are about to die, and you suffer more than ever. Game over!
