Start at the beginning.

My name is Audrey and this is my last year at Montmorency College. It is now the time to think about my future. Up to now I wanted to become a speech therapist but recently, it changed and I want to become a teacher. When I applied for university I was still hesitating between teaching and a speech language pathology program so I applied in both programs, at different universities and I got accepted. Now I know that I want to study in a teaching program but I have a problem, my parents don't want me to become a teacher. They will pay my university only if I study in speech language program. What should I do?

Choice 1 : Go to university in a speech language pathology program.

Choice 2 : Wait before going to university and find a dead-end job.

I have been accepted in the speech language pathology program at the UQAM and at the UdeM. Where should I go?

Choice 1 : Go to the UQAM.

Choice 2 : Go to the UdeM.

Wait before going to university and find a dead-end job.

If I want to become a teacher, I need to make some money to pay for my studies, this is why I have been looking for a dead-end job and fortunately, I found one. I am working as a cashier at Walmart. The job is no so bad but it is hard because I am new. The customers complain because I make mistakes, and I am slow. How do I take it?

Choice 1 : I just put aside their complains.

Choice 2 : I get stressed.

UQAM

Go to the UQAM.

The UQAM is far from my house, It is a four hour of public transport each day. Because of that, I don't have enough time to study and I get bad grades. What should I do?

Choice 2 : Move to the university's residences.

UdeM

Go to the UdeM.

L'UdeM is not too far from home, I have one hour of public transport per day and my parents pay for my university so I have much time to study. My courses are really interesting and I get straight A's. It's my last semester at university and I have the choice between the course "speech language disorders" or an in intership with a company who offers online therapies. What should I do?

Choice 1 : Choose the course "speech language disorders".

I noticed that my boss flirts with me, I decided to flirt too because It could help me get a premium wage. As I thought, I asked him for a premium wage and he accepted. I was proud of my strategy. But now, I don't flirt anymore because I don't like him, I thought that he would have stopped flirting if I stopped showing interest but as day go by, he becomes more intense. I noticed that he was stuck on some words also he repeats a sound many times before saying it correctly and he takes a long time to pronounce specific words. I concluded that he was stuttering. We had a few meetings in which I help him slow down his speech and show him tricks to pronounce some sounds he had difficulty with. Now he talks with fluency and stutters very less.
