During my last semester in business management, we were required to get an internship. I applied at a lot of different places such as Air Canada and Bell. During my selection, I tried to think of places where I could get a job in the future. I got accepted at Air Canada and Bell. Now, I have to decide where to do my internship.
Choice 1 : Do my internship at Air Canada.
Choice 2 : Do my internship at Bell

I’m glad I got accepted for the internship at Air Canada. I’m very happy because that is where a family member used to work, and they recommended me to the boss who then spoke with me. Before my internship was over, the boss told me that I got a job at Air Canada if that’s what I want. I was super happy, and I couldn’t wait to tell my family.
Choice 1 : Start again
Choice 2 : Keep the job at Air Canada.
Choice 3 : Continue to work at my dead end job
As I thought, I loved working for Air Canada. It's been three years since my internship, and I work hard. I eventually got rewarded for it, and I got a promotion! At my first meeting, I'm asked if I think that we should sell our client's data information to China, for some extra popular flight destinations.
Choice 1 : Start again
Choice 2 : Decide to sale the data
Choice 3 : Decide not to sell the data
I didn't take the offer I got at Air Canada because I felt some kind of alienation, as if I didn't fit well with the group of people I was working with, so I went back to work to the grocery store I used to work for, and I'm working in a full time job.
Choice 1 : Start again
I gave my vote to go on with the sell. What I didn't know was that my vote was significant, it was going to brake the balance between decisions. It was a great idea and everything went well. The destinations China offered us were very popular, as we expected, which made our sells grow. What I didn't think about was that the data we gave them was used against our government and our company and was actually illegal, and I lost my job.
Choice 1 : Start again
After a little research’s, I found out it was illegal. I don't know who proposed this idea, but surely they weren't serious. What's funny is that the person who proposed it was actually serious, it was our vice-president. Unfortunately for him, the idea reached out president, and he lost his job. Guess who got it 3 years later? ME! What a turn of event! I'm now vice-president of one of the biggest companies in the world.
Choice 1 : Start again
I’m glad I get to do my internship at Bell. I’m curious to see what type of work business managers do over there. I learned that I could get special privileges If I get the job after the internship, such as discounts on certain products and paid breaks. When my internship finished, my boss told me that he really liked the work I did for him and that he would be happy to give me a job.
Choice 1 : Start again
Choice 2 : Keep working at Bell.
Choice 3 : Continue to work at my dead end job.
I worked for Bell and I finally got a promotion. After years of working as an accountant, I am now an executive! I will be taking part in the big decision-making for the future of the company. I am now asked for important advice. Do we need to change our whole marketing strategy for the sell of our new product?
Choice 1 : Start again
Choice 2 : Keep the marketing strategy.
Choice 3 : Change the marketing strategy.
I decided to go with the same marketing strategy we used to have because I thought it was useful. In that case, the safer choice was the best one to take. Our current marketing strategy held its ground, and we broke the sales record for our new product. Eventually I kept the same position for the rest of my career before retiring.
Choice 1 : Retire
The marketing strategy we were using wasn't as good as everybody else thought, so I proposed to change it completely. I explained my idea and it got approved. Instead of implicating mostly adults in our publicity, we were going to change it for young adults and kids. I thought it was a great idea because they were our biggest audience. I was wrong, we didn't. I lost my job, and I'm now back at my dead-end work.
