For those who don't know about, I will explain what is this program and what is the related careers. When we have studied in Industrial Relations, we can work almost everywhere. This is like working in Human Resources but with more specialties. Big parts of my future job is recruitment, negotiation with the union or the boss and to make sure everyone fell good and safe at their job. But, one of the biggest problem with this job is how hard it is to find new employees.

Let me explain the problem. After University, I will have to start recruiting for the enterprise I will work for. But the problem is that at the moment, good employees are really hard to find. I don't have a choice, I need to find a way to solve this problem or I have to find a way to make my work easily as soon as possible to be good at my job and to make my boss happy.

If I don't make it easier, my boss will be mad and won't have faith in me anymore. Also, if we don't have enough employees, the enterprise will have to close, because the job won't be done.

So, I need a website with everyone's name and what they do for living. It would be so great.

But don't worry guys, I have the perfect solution. In the next minutes, I will show you my way to solve this problem.

First of all, type Linkedin in the address brand hit enter.
After that, you are supposed to see this page.

First, if you don't have an account, you will need to create one.
In the top left corner of the screen, we have an information bar. You can write a name and find this person.
In the middle of the screen there is all the information your friends will post and all the information about new job related to yours.

Now here is the solution. If you want to recruit a lot of people in a very short time, all you have to do is to click here on the left-hand side of the screen on post a free job. After that, you just have to enter the information about that job and send it.
Also, you can go in the top left corner of the screen in the information bar and write the skill you want your future employees to have and enter it. After that, you will have a lot of people who can do the job.

So, if you want to do headhunting easily, all you have to do is create an account on Linkedin and post a new job of searching a specific skill in the information bar. After that, you just have to choose your future employee.
