You'll be amazed by how efficient this website is.
Let me explain the problem. When it's time to find the perfect candidate, employers don't know the right tools to reach out potential employees.
If you don't use the right tool, you could either not find potential candidate or attract unfit ones.
For example, suppose you are looking for an accountant to fill a position, and you get lawyer candidacies.
When that happens, I know just what to do, which I am going to show you now.
First, open your browser. Type this URL (https://ca.indeed.com) into the address bar and hit enter. If you typed the URL correctly, you will see this page.
This page is Indeed for people who are looking for a job. Those people can upload their resume at the top of the screen or at the bottom of the search bar. They can also search for a job by typing the job your looking for in the text area label "what", for example accountant. You also have to write the location of near where you want to work in the text area label "where", like Montreal. Once all the information is fill, click on the button "find jobs". The candidate can use the scroll bar and see all the offers. If the offer is interesting, they can simply click on apply now. Enough about the employees!
In Human Ressource, you want to use Indeed for employers. This option is in the top right corner of the screen. You can see in the navigation menu that you can post a job and find resumes of potential candidate. If you click on post a job in the bottom left corner of the screen, future candidate will see your offer in the other part of the site. You can also hunt future candidate by finding resumes. In the navigation menu click on the button find resumes. It's the same process as the employees. You write what and when in the respect places for this purpose. For example, an accountant in Canada. You can scroll and see all the Canadian accountants that are looking for a job. You can see the candidate's training and experience. On the left side of the screen, you can select specific criteria to help you choose the perfect employee. You can select the experience. If you don't want a new accountant, you can specify more than 1 year of experience. Also, the availability if you want them to start working now.
The solution to the problem of finding new employee for your company is here on this part of the site. Use Indeed for employers and your life will be simple.
So, as I promised if you are in human resource, on a recruitment team, or a related field do what I demonstrated, it would solve the problem of finding the perfect candidate for your company!
