Introduction

Hello, my friends, my name is Franco. Today I have a great video for you guys, I am going to talk about an online virtual writing corrector that will help you to increase your writing skills. I've been studying Accounting and Management Technology at Ahuntsic College for 3 years. There's so many topics about my field of study, like human resources, accounting, supplier chain or finance. At the end, I am more interested to work as a Junior Accounting Analyst

This career includes the responsibility to inspect Accounting books and system to ensure efficient reports. So, of course, we are going to communicate with our clients about their insolvency via emails. And we don't want to look bad or not professional in our emails, right?

Right now, I am an intern in an Accounting Firm, most of our clients are from all around the globe, so it's important to speak English. I'm not an expert in English and I've tried my best to perform.

I have been in the firm for not too long, and I am doing so well by responding to our clients in English and by receiving good feedback that increased the customer service and the reliability, thanks to the website.

No, worries my friends, I am here to show you how to avoid errors in an email to a client.

Get comfortable, and ready to follow my step-by-step tutorial, I hope you will enjoy it!

The Problem

One of the challenges in this internship are that you have to send many emails to your customers by the end of the day, so you have a limited time to complete all the tasks.

So, if you make too many mistakes on your mails, you are going to look bad, and you are going to have bad feedback.

For example, here's a mail that you could send to a customer.

But, don't worry, I will tell you what exactly you need to solve this problem.

The Quest

First of all, open your browser, to get to the website, go to the top left of the screen, and type the URL which is virtualwritingtutor.com.

In the top right corner of the screen, you can see many social media icons, so you will be able to share and support Nicholas Walker.
In the top left screen, you have the official logo of the website. And just under the logo, there's the navigation menu if you want to travel quicker to get more information about the website. Under, the instruction menu, you can see the instruction that the website tells you about the functionalities.

In the middle of the screen, you have the text area, this is where you are going to write your text to check the errors, just on the bottom right of the text area, you have different icons to help you to check the pronunciation, the spell checker, and you can use your microphone too.

The Solution

Now, here is where you want to correct your emails before sending them to your customer, the most important thing is the grammar checker to eliminate errors in an email. So, for example, here's a potential mail that you can send to a customer. You can write it directly in the text area, but I will simplify the task, I will use my mouse, so select your whole paragraph, right click and copy it, go to the website in the text area, with your mouse right click and paste it.

Now, clock on grammar check button, by using the scroll bar, you can see that the website tells you how many words and errors you have on your text and calculate the error density. The website also gives you feedback on your text, and telling you the error type and the suggestion. Make sure to correct all of your errors.

The Conclusion

And that's how you solve the problem of errors on your emails.

I hope you enjoyed, thank you so much my friends and have a great day !
