Hi, I am a Social Science student who intends to become an accountant. This is my second year at CEGEP Ahuntsic and if things go well I will be graduating next semester.

As you may know, if you also intend to become an accountant or any business field related, you have to be able to communicate in English. But, learning a new language can be tough if you don't have the right tools.

Just like you, English was not easy for me at first. It took me years to learn, understand, and be able to talk. Now, I can hold a conversation and understand what people are saying.

I have come a long way from not being able to understand a single sentence to finishing my second English course in my Social Science program.

I am doing this video, to show you how you can learn, widen your vocabulary and practice your English.

Now, I only want you to listen to my 3 minutes video on how you can improve your English step-by-step without even moving from your house.

At the end of my explanation, I will also have something for people who stayed till the end.

Now, the problem is most people who are not fluent in English will have a hard time in their business-related jobs.

Learning vocabulary only through School does not work.

Let's say you are working as an accountant, a client message you and you do not know some words he is using.

This can stop you from getting clients. Because they are having a hard time trying to make you understand what they want.

For example, you are working as an accountant and a foreign client messages. You can not respond to the client because your vocabulary is limited and he will simply go look away.

But, this will not happen because I will show you how you can improve your vocabulary in the next few minutes.

The first thing you have to do is to open your browser, write virtual writing tutor into the address bar, and hit enter.

In the middle of the screen, you can see a text area.

On top of the text area in the middle, you can see writing tools.

And you can also see on top of the text area in the middle check vocabulary.

Now here is what I want you to do to find the solution to the specific problem.

Paste any field-related sentence in the text area.

Click on check vocabulary.

If you scroll down you will find field-related vocabulary.

You can also click on writing tools and glossary creators.

Now you can make a glossary on every word field-related that you have never seen.

You can make a definition for each word in the glossary and set an example.

So, if you are in accounting or any other related business field, that's what you can do to improve your vocabulary.
