At work, you might complete reports on customers' behavior and progress using specific terms. You might also have to explain certain rules or documents to the clients.
If you can't explain well, you will lose credibility.
For example, suppose you need to fill out a report on a disciplinary measure used on an inmate, and you don't know how to properly explain the measure and the procedures that were taken.
When that happens, I know just what to do, which I am going to show you now.
First, open your browser. Type VirtualWriting.com and hit enter.

Then, on the navigation bar, click on writing tools, and select glossary creator. Write the title of your new glossary in the text area, and click new glossary. Now, you should add your topic. Write an introduction and click save. Click on Term 1, and type the word you need to define. Identify the part of speech. Add an audio file for pronunciation, then click on the speaker. You can hear it. Save it. Add a definition. Click on go for a definition on Google. Copy and paste it on the editor and save. You can add a free picture on Wikimedia. Choose the picture you want. Click on more details. Use this file on the web. Copy the file URL. You can also add a translation. Enter the word, then click on go. Copy and paste the translation, and save.
