How can I correct my English mistakes properly

Introduction

Hi Everybody! My name is Alexis.

Today I will show you how to use a grammar checker so you can reduce the amount of mistakes you make in English.

Because French is my fist language, I'm never 100% sure of how to write certain words.

I have now been studying Accounting and Management for one and a half years. What interests me the most in my program are my Accounting classes.

My goal is to eventually become CPA. One of the tasks that comes with that profession would be to analyse some financial statements and make a report about, for instance, what should be changed by a company to increase net incomes or to reduce its production costs

The Problem

Making such reports could be a challenge because accounting includes a lot of words that I don't use on a regular base and that I may write wrongly.

If I don't write correctly those reports, I could be seen has an unprofessional CPA which I clearly don't want.

I will now show you how to use the virtual writing tutor.

The Quest

First, open a new tab. Then, type the URL in the writing bar and press enter, that will automatically send us to the website.

You can now see the website. In the middle of the page is the writing area. I would suggest that you create yourself an account using the "Login" icon at the right end of the navigation menu. That will allow you to write or copy texts as long as 3000 words instead of 500.

The Solution

The next step is very simple. Let's say you are done writing any type of text. You then select what you have written, copy it. You go back to the Virtual Writing Tutor page. You copy your text in the writing area. Select "Check Grammar". It will then automatically tell you the number of words in your text and the number of mistakes there is. For each mistake it tells you where you wrote your mistake. It tells you a feedback so you can understand what could best replace your mistake. It also gives you the type of mistake you mad and a suggestion of what could be the best way to correct it.

The Conclusion

I hope this will help you improve your English writing in the future. Bye bye
