Hi everyone, welcome to my screencast I have got a great video for you today I would like to introduce myself and my field of study to you. My name is Maria Bajakjian and I study Accounting and Management Techniques in college Ahuntsic the duration of this program is 3 years so you have 6 sessions to do at the college .I chose this program because I could get quickly access to the job market and I would like to become a CPA so, I need this program in order to continue at the university. If you don't know about this program let me explain to you, we study the management of figures and budgets, financial planning and audit to ensure the administrative support of a company, we take two types of courses specialized in accounting and finance which teaches us how to create a company and how to manage it.
In my early year of study I found the program super charged they gave me 8 courses every session but I had a problem with that so, I had to cancel some courses without consulting anyone at the college and the results were not good and now I am one year late in the program because the courses that I canceled were prerequisites for other courses. But I will share the solution with you. Every session you can go online in your Omnivox and book appointment with your API, and He/She would help you to organise your courses and I will give now the website and show you how to do it

This is the website that you should use if you want to book an appointment with one of them so, all you have to do is to copy this URL in your Google Chrome or Safari, the page will appear, then in the bottom left corner of your screen you will see their info. You can communicate with them by phone, email, or from your Omnivox
Now, you have to find the API who is related to your program. You have two choices, first you can go to your Omnivox in the section of services you can find at the bottom "Prise the Rendezvous" you can book an appointement from here or you can go online on the website that i show you earlier you can contact the department, and they will give you an appointment. But I suggest that you go from your Omnivox because it is easier and faster. They can help you with a lot of things such us finding the right program for you at the university, justifying an absence due to illness, reviewing your application due to a failure in a course...etc
So, if you are in this field or a related field, that's how you solve the problem and you can teach someone else how to do it.
