Hi everyone! My name is Hector and today I will explain how to use a very useful online tool so that you can learn new words easily. I'm a 20-year-old student at Collège Ahuntsic doing his last semester in Commerce. It's my second year in this program. To make it short and simple, I'm studying everything related to finance, business, economics, and mathematics. For me, Finance is the field that I'll specialize later in university. A graduate student in this program could work for a bank or a financial institution as a receptionist for example.

The main problem in this field is that there is a lot of complicated financial terms that the majority of the population does not know the definitions, the pronunciations and their translations.

This problem could create confusion if someone wants to arrange his financial situation.

Those terms are very important because a lot of people need at some point of their lives some financial services such as opening a bank account, taking loans or even talking to a financial advisor.

Those are the reasons why I'm doing this screencast. It could benefit a lot of people to learn more about finance.

The website that we'll use is Virtual Writing Tutor. We will start by entering the website URL in the top left corner of the screen. The URL is virtualwritingtutor.com. In the top left corner you'll find the Logo of the website. Under the Logo there is the different sections of the website for different types of tools. In the top right corner, there are different social media links so that you can share the website and help people too.

First of all, you'll find, on the right corner of the navigation menu, the Login section so that you can log in your account. Then, in the middle of the navigation menu, there is the Writing Tools section. In this section, we'll search for the Glossary Creator. Under the section menu, we'll find a video tutorial and some examples of Glossaries that you can refer to. In the left-hand side of the screen' there will your glossaries, your published drafts and the glossaries that you deleted on the trash section. In the other side, there is the tab where you'll create your new glossary and the unpublished drafts. Start by writing your glossary title. In the Editor section, you'll write your title, your topic, your introduction and each term. In the Terms' section, you'll have the word that you want to explain, the part of speech, the pronunciation, the definition, the translation, the example and the image. In the top left side, there is a section for technical help, a quiz and card game related to your glossary and an HTML with a iFrame link to share it on other websites. When you finish your glossary, you'll click on Publish to publish it on your account.

The Glossary creator is a great way to practice financial terms and to help other people that are unfamiliar with some financial terms. Thanks for watching and have a great day!
