Sometimes to become a technologist could be very hard, because there are some news words that we can have some pronunciation and grammar errors.

In the area of health, it is very important to understand medical terminology to avoid errors in the diagnosis of the diseases.

Imagine what could happen if you don’t understand what the patients or doctors tell you. You can make the wrong test and to send to the doctor the wrong analysis because you don't know to spell adequately the word, because is not the same " electrocardiogram " and " "electroencephalogram ". They sound almost the same but one is for the heard and the other is for the brain. So, you can lose credibility in your work, or they can even fire you.

But don't worry. Today, I will show you an easy way that could help you to pronounce and spell the words correctly.

First, you need to go to Google and tape Virtual Writing Tutor and you click on research. You will find the link. Once you are on the page, at the top of screen you will see the URL for the next time that you want to come back just you need to type it right here.

Once you are on the website, in the top right corner of the screen, you could create an account or login in if you have already an account. In the top left corner of the screen, we have the logo and the navigation menu. In the top right corner of screen, you can find these icons if you want to share this website on social media.

Now, I will show you how to pronounce and spell the words correctly using Virtual Writing Tutor. In the middle of the screen, you can find the text area where you can write the word or text that need to be corrected. For example, " éléctrophisiology ". You can quickly realize that there is something misspelled in the word because it's underlined in red. So, you can go to the top of the text area and you click on Check Grammar. At the bottom of the page you will find the feedback where you will find the mistake. In the bottom right corner of the text area, you will find the microphone icon, in case that you don’t want to type the word. Another example could be if I don't know how to pronounce the word schizophrenia, you need to tape it first and then go to the bottom right corner of the text area and you click on the text-to-speech icon and the computer will show you how to pronounce it.
