For those of you who don’t know about The virtual writing tutor or VWT as I will be calling it, I’ll just explain what this program involves.

Everybody needs a proofreader from time to time. It is so easy to miss mistakes in your own writing, don’t you think?

I'm not an expert, but I have done a lot of research recently on the subject.

I'm trilingual, so you know you can trust me when I say this program is easy to use, is very efficient and most of all helps you reach your goals in the English language.

My plan is to show you the perfect solution on writing an important business letter to a new client in the sales business.

It is astonishing what you can do with the website I’m going to show you.

One day, I hope to be a salesman and to be just that, I must get clients who will buy my product.

If I'm rude or unprofessional in the way I speak or write, my clients will no longer buy my product.

Take for instance, the situation of taking on a new client. I want to make a good impression. The client must like and trust me in order for him to buy what I am selling.

We don't want to lose clients we want to gain them, so I have a sure way of always making a good impression.

First, open your browser. Type this URL into the address bar and hit enter. If you typed the URL correctly, you will see this page.

In the top left-hand corner we have the logo of the website called VurtualWritingTutor. As you can see there are many icons and buttons to choose from. The more options the better right. On the right side of the screen at the end of the menu options, you can see a login button where we can easily log in and out of the site while saving our work.

Right when we open the page the first thing we see is our Free Grammar checking option with many more functions like a word count, a vocabulary check option and a punctuation feature all on the same site.

So, if you are in sales or a related field, that’s how you solve the problem of introduction emails to new clients.
