If you write carelessly, it could make you seem unprofessional.

Imagine that you are making a lot of grammar errors because you are not really sure about the writing of the words.

That can really be troublesome. But no worries. I have the solution for you. In the next minutes, I'll show you how to solve this problem.

First, open your browser and type Virtual Writing Tutor in the address bar then hit enter. If you type it correctly, this page will pop up.

You have the text area in the middle of the screen and the navigation menu on top of it.

Now let me show you the solution. Before sending your email, you can write it in the text area, then you click on check grammar in the bottom right corner of the screen. It'll show you all of your grammar errors and how you can correct them.
