Hey guys! My name is Jessica, and today I have a very interesting video for you. I'm currently in the Springboard program to be able to go to the Diagnostic Imaging program at Ahuntsic College. For those who don't know this program, it's basically about learning to become a radiologist technician.
Before entering a new program we want to learn and get to know more about that program, right? I know I do, if you're like me, we all want to learn terms and also know how to pronounce words related to your field of study.
I'm still learning on this domain, but I've got better than when I started.
I got 100% for a glossary that I made related to my field of study.
My plan is to show you guys how to get more familiar with your field of study and also learn more about your program with the help of a very good website.
This will only take 3 to 5 minutes, so please continue watching and pay attention to everything I'm about to explain.
You guys will be surprised with all the great stuffs we can do with this website call Virtual Writing Tutor.
Let me explain the problem. Before entering a program, you don't know what you getting yourself into or you're not too familiar with the field of study.
If you not familiar with the terms or the words, you can get confused when you try to translate and you will lose credibility.
Imagine that you have a little problem with the pronunciation or you don't understand their full definition, not only well that confuse you, but it will also confuse the person you're talking to.
That can be difficult. But don’t worry. I have found the solution. In the next few minutes, I’ll show you exactly how to solve this problem.
First, open your browser. Type VirtualWritingTutor.com and press enter. This site should appear on your screen.
There's the logo in the top left corner. In the top right corner, there are 4 logos of different social media. Under those logos is the navigation menu that we'll use in a couple minutes. In the middle of this menu there are Writing Tools and at the end a link to login. At the middle of the screen, there is a big box for the text area.
Now here is where you want to go to find the solution to the specific problem I mentioned before. But first, I show how to get to that solution. Click on the Writing Tools and then click on Glossary creator. You will be sent to a new page. You have the choice to create a title for your new glossary. And here you are, ladies and gentleman where you'll be able to create your own glossary.
